BANANAMAN
Another turd Cov side being built by the looks of it by Horton. A shame to see a club with a bit of enthusiasm to win things under Sandhu having to put up with Hortons awful sides. What would you 7 be under this points limit ? I would like to see Mads become a Bee .
stevebrum
If the Bees want King won't they need to pay a transfer fee to get him as he is a Brummies asset. I am afraid transfer dealings between the Brummies and the Bees don't seem to work. I would have thought it more likely for King to be headed for Leicester. Saturday track and I don't recall Danny having many, if any, overseas commitments. Seeing as the Bees promotion have gone on record saying they wont be dealing with the Brummies next season i don't see why Cov will be allowed permission to speak to King. I dont think anyone would knock our signingsso far. With a 32 limit for the top 5 the first 3 signings have been spot on and still can go a variety of ways, an out an out number one with a 4pt 5th rider or go for a solid 1-5.

Gemini
Did someone mention King? http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/other-sport/speedway-danny-king-follow-phil-6317416 Interesting. King is a rider I have always liked and he seems to be popular at Coventry. Fingers crossed then.

Birminghams promotion is likely to be different quite soon, the commercial manager has now quit! To think that some Bees fans were using Brum as a template to how to run a club! Shambles, but I hope thet sort out there mess!

naffer
I am sure a deal for king could be struck if this is the way the bees are going. Swap Daniel for Ben barker and next years loan fee for josh.

JamieE
I can only see a Bees top 5 of King, Harris, Zengota, Hansen and Fisher now that Fish has been signed for 2014. That comes in at 31.97. Part of me thinks that would be a solid side capable of scoring points anywhere but then there's also that niggling feeling that it has too many of those "in the pack" riders who are steady but unlikely to improve and would be a team lacking a rider or 2 that would make all the difference in a balanced league. Really could be quite strong at home though based on all their previous Brandon performances. Personally would like to see Kylmakorpi riding for the Bees, he'd be a very astute signing I think on a 7.15 average. Maybe his longtrack commitments at weekends would make our Friday race night difficult for him though. Guessing our most likely reserves are Jacobs and Sarjeant with the Storm connection. Bees_Man
Not sure Sargent would be strong enough. Edited November 20, 2013 by Bees_Man
david2905
If Horton relaxes his stance on Barker and other Cov assets riding for Brum, then there's no reason why King would be a non starter, the balls in Hortons court on that one I'd say, especially with changes in the Brum management. Midland Red
How easy will it be for Coventry to accommodate all the fixtures - extra "EL" fixtures, Storm, 2 x Testimonial, Brandonapolis(?), already agreed a challenge with Leicester, also with Bomber on duty as 1st SGP reserve? Are we going to see Bees matches regularly on a Thursday instead of Friday? Are we going to have two meetings some weeks (Bees and Storm)? Regarding the "EL" 6 and 7 riders, do Bees have any call over Storm riders? And throughout the "EL" will there be a third "NL" rider allocated to cover for any absence of an allocated 6 or 7? Just wondering!
