JonHWeiner
Why not Michal Szczepaniak back at reserve? He always gives 100% and he's a thoroughly nice bloke. I posted this from my iPad because on my new office PC, when I click on "Post" it says "Your post is empty". Has anyone else had this problem? kingbee
I can see the side being something like that, Auty should be in the promotion minds for a reserve spot.I would agree to five of your team but Barker and Harris no thanks only my opinion Are you saying Bomber doesnt? Probably one of the most committed you are ever likely to see. Off course Scott gives100% but I wouldn't have him in the side on that average. Im fairly confident Bomber will average more than Scott in 2014.not at the end of the 2012 season he wasn't
Game On
As much as I dislike him and never thought I'd be in the position to say it, I'd be happy with Bomber back. The average is a bargain. He's still a 7.5 man, yes he's declining, but Nicholls has declined more than Harris. One season at another club and getting an average down to 6.82 could be a little suspicious to some, but I fully expect if he's back at Brandon, you'll see a vast improvement on that. Onto Scott, he's my favourite rider of all time, but he's declining and will continue to do so. Unlike Harris and people saying "he will improve", I don't think Scott will improve on anything he drops to unfortunately. Do I see him retiring? No, because it's his job and he's clearly still hungry for it. But he doesn't have the capability anymore. However, we need to bear it in mind that the league points limit is going to be considerably lower next season. So having Nicholls and Harris on those averages may be something worth looking at. As for the rest of this year's team, I'd scrap them all, even Zengota. I wouldn't be displeased if he returned as he's a likeable guy and very good at Brandon but his away form is awful, just like Summers. I'd like to see us line up with a team like this (given the rumours of the limit next year): 1. Sundstrom 2. Barker 3. Harris 4. Fisher 5. Hansen 6. Garrity 7. Auty I like the look of that team but the only thing that worries me is the lack of a gaiter.
Ron
Sundstrom?? don't think so!

mdmc82
Why did the club announce he was attending? Hope Horton & Harris sort out their differences as Harris has alot of support and history with the bees and I would love to see him back at Brandon

Gemini
Obviously didn't ask him first! Or he's trying to tell us something about his intentions next season.
proud panther
Think Harris will be at Panthers next year, unless Ford brings a new rule in to stop it, like he did last year.
Steve0
Think Harris will be at Panthers next year, unless Ford brings a new rule in to stop it, like he did last year. Harris did well then - his team topped the table and went on to the Grand Final so I think he did quite well really.
Gemini
Think he means Peterborough. Ford usually thinks up something that will affect the Bees and Panthers.
T.N.T.
Do brum have any assets? Can only think of king? Daniel King, Nicolas Covatti and Ludvig Lindgren are three, can't think of many more as most are Coventry assets. 1. Sundstrom 2. Barker 3. Harris 4. Fisher 5. Hansen 6. Garrity 7. Auty Can't see line ups being that strong and if they go with three 7+ heat leaders, I would think there would only be about 17 points left for the last four spaces if the limit is as rumoured to be around 38. Sundstrom, Nicholls, Harris, Summers, Szczepaniak, Roynon and someone like Sarjeant would be more like the strength on teams next season. Not saying that would be the team as I also think Bomber could be elsewhere and wouldn't mind him having a season at Wolves where he always goe well and loves the track and would be an ideal back up to Tai as sadly Freddie looks set to miss out riding over here next season. hans fan
Harris did well then - his team topped the table and went on to the Grand Final so I think he did quite well really. harris probably had little choice where he ended up in the end ,i'd be pretty confident his pocket didn't do so well riding for the brummies as it would have riding for panthers

Woz01
Why? we have the right to our opinions just as you do to yours, as blinkered as some peoples seem to be to us. The difference being that you seem to want us to shut up and keep them to ourselves if you dont agree with them. Opinions are fine I don't have a problem with that but all you do is come on here and slate Horton. How about opinions on who you want in the side in 2014?
naffer
The local press in Coventry has mentioned the irony of the brummies doing so well with the Brandon 4 more than once this summer. Possibly a hint that the Bees will be looking to use some of those assets. Assuming a lower average of 40 the team could be. Hansen Fisher Zengota Barker Nicholls Auty and a storm rider. In a lower budget season might be ok I would prefer Linus s for Scotty myself but i am using the logic of own assets and mainly riders who are based in the UK. We all would love to see a heat leader like Hans Andersen or AJ leading from the front and an engine room pairing of Shamek and Mads K but it ain't going to happen is it ,with one man and his dog on the terraces and no sky money.
