Woz01
I find it strange that there has been no comment from our team manager on the prospect of working with the new re-vamped team. I thought that myself, several of our riders are extremely happy with the side we have. Maybe he won't manage the side after all, Horton is good at listening to the fans.

Woz01
Who would you want as captain, Harris or Andersen? Think I would opt for Hans Id say Hans, let Bomber concentrate on his racing. Didnt Fisher captain the Bees for a few meetings in 2011? Gemini
Think I am going to be joining you!! Looks like I will be watching my Elite lge speedway at Coventry this year. That's a team with 'possible champions' written all over it.. You will both be very welcome but I'm still hoping Peterborough won't be lost to the sport. ........Bee 26.........Yes I was only thinking the same earlier, he's been quiet on twitter for a while now. Perhaps he's been gagged after his Poole comments. Edited December 4, 2013 by Gemini

abbo
Only one logical Captain and that is Hans Anderson. Strong in mind, strong in character, last time he was here he was brilliant with the younger riders and will create a great team spirit.Sorry I think Chris Harris is better at concentrating on his own riding although I am pleased to see he has returned and hopefully will be be part of the "new Coventry success!.

Hans for me too, Chris has ridden with Hans before and If I remember rightly said he wanted him back the next season they got on so well. We need Chris to hit the ground running and not messing about with bikes for months on end.... My only disappointment is that I won't be there every week to see them.. Such goods vibes about this team. I can't wait for the season to start now, as it feels we've been in the closed season for most of 2013 Has Kyle Howarth been confirmed as a definate for the Bees next season Rather than a bees swoop for him Yes http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.23344

houdi
Well Horton has had his critics on here a lot of it justified , however full credit he promised big changes and he has delivered. It's always hard to judge how it will go, until all the teams are finalised, however this looks well balanced and equally important an exciting team. Hans is a proper number 1 ,a team man and far more reliable than KK. Bomber on his day is still great box office, Ryan is never going to be dull, controversial yes but always watchable. Hansen's Brandon form will hopefully make Brandon more of a fortress. Seargent should certainly score ok at Brandon, and if Garrity lives upto all the hype he should largely clean up at Reserve. As for Howarth no matter what he scores he has acquired legendary status at Brandon already, And if it all falls apart, we already have the fall guy in situ. YerRopes
Agree with all of that Houdi, Coventry have really turned things around this Winter and should be at the right end of the table in 2014. Garrity is a great signing and well pleased that Kyle Howarth has found an EL home deserving of his talents (was hoping he would be back at Blunsdon), will miss Hans at Swindon too (the obvious choice for the Bee's Captain). A special mention for Neil Watson and his contributions on here - I wish all clubs would put in the time and effort he does to keep fans 'up-to-date'

wandersome
I find it strange that there has been no comment from our team manager on the prospect of working with the new re-vamped team. Well i heard a rumour that would have even you Coventry fans laughing at the ineptitude of the Lions promotion. I do hope it's wide of the mark but i'm fearing the worst. I do hope it's wide of the mark but i'm fearing the worst. I feel the opposite actually and hope the rumour is true. Sorry. Glory hunters! Havvy is always going to love Poole, Bees fans just need to get over it! We will get over it when he's gone. It's not just the Poole thing anyway. I'm not a 'pit watcher' but I've heard enough things from others who are that he's not much of a motivator and doesn't do a lot. They might all be completely wrong but the team came bottom of the league so it doesn't say a lot about his skills. If he had been a Football manager he would have been out long before the end of the season.
