Aces 2014

Recommended Posts

Well now we know the 1-7 we can fully judge where we may end up at end if year

Think we will be fighting for 4th place between a few teams. Probably us Coventry and Eastbourne

With the way the rumoured race format will be. Don't be suprised to see Zagar Nicholls and cook not really raise there average. Think Zagars will be lowered with hopeful cook and Nicholls keeping there averages. If cook or Nicholls can raise there averages then we are in for a very good year

ZAGAR - expect him to drop his average. Will face likes of Darcy ward possibly 4 times a meeting

COOK - again will face the top boys possibly 4 times a meeting. So holding his average he would have had a good season

NICHOLLS - ditto cook

WORRALL - I'd expect a near 7 point average for worrall with him possibly only facing other 2nd strings/reserves

MPT - I would be happy with 3-5 points a meeting. He Can achieve that. An may suprise a few.

NIELSEN - will fall a lot. But also will have beating of most reserves when he doesn't . Not a bad pick from us. He's. Real racer and never knows when he's beaten

READE - the unknown quality in the team. Hopefully he will bring his 2012 form with him. Can ride small and big tracks. And for me is one of the better 2nd reserves

We have team full of racers so let's hope for successful season if not a fully entertaining one on the track

I think we have as good a team as some and better than most but as is normal in Speedway keeping your riders fit and the riders keeping their machinery fit will determine who finishes where.

This year though I am more optimistic than previous seasons.

Think it's a mistake for Steve to ride for the same team as Richie & he said it himself but great news for Belle Vue as he's started the season really well.

I agree - sibling rivalry can be difficult - I think Steve suffered a little from that at Newcastle.

Looks as though Belle Vue are pushing to get this one done.

Subject to the approval of official paperwork, Belle Vue Speedway hope to sign Steve Worrall on a full transfer from parent club Scunthorpe.

Surely it breaches human rights If you keep family away from each other

Sometimes it saves lives! Have you ever seen siblings around the age of 4 or 5 hands around each others throats lol.
