Crump99
Keep the faith Panthers fans, & we should have some good news next week. Why, based on what? Edited December 7, 2013 by Crump99
scoobydoo
Dakota North, Claus Vissing, Ulrich Ostergaard and Lasse Bjerre all not signed to any Premier League club yet..... Coincidence? Then again there not likely to be the first on a promotors list of must have riders there more, well his average fits lets see if he will ride for the club type of riders Keep the faith Panthers fans, & we should have some good news next week. wealdstone
Keep the faith Panthers fans, & we should have some good news next week. If you think good news is a team in Premier League , to my my mind it just means the news is not as bad as it could have been.

Whist I agree with that I don't think the EL is any better.
proud panther
I'm looking forward to different teams coming to the Showground. Watched quite a lot of Premier League meetings last year, & they were on a par with the so called Elite in my opinion. With the Elite being watered down yet again, I think the racing will be closer in the Premier League. The main thing is for speedway to continue at the best track in the country.

Doesn't apply any less to the EL especially the 2014 version. I'm looking forward to different teams coming to the Showground. But don't kid your self you would still like to see the Panthers in That's true but the 2014 EL smacks of 2008 when we had Bager, Vissing, Risager, Moller, Simota. It was dire and I'm sure that next year will test your resolve, I know it would mine having been through it once already.

The difference with that though is we have real genuine local lads taking up those spots and that feels much much more satisfying than any foreign crap we've been seeing for a few years now. I have to say though, I've only come round to the idea of the Brit reserves because we do have our own. If we'd of been lumped with anyone else I'd be a little pee'd with it. Didn't Richie Worrall start off at reserve for you last year within a month of the season starting replacing your lucky charm Kozza Smith. You also had Seb Alden at reserve. Foreign crap - really? Then you brought Porsing in later in the season at reserve - more foreign crap?
Panthers89
IF we do get another buyer, I would be delighted to be in the Premier League, Elite League has been on a downward spiral for a few season now, atleast the Premier League is consistent. Sell our Elite League heatleaders, and build again I'd say

It'll only be satisfying if they produce and develop, otherwise it matters not where they come from. That's also assuming that a weaker league than anything previous is going to be saved because it has local lads in. I suspect not but time will tell.
