BWitcher
Love the way Swindon fans are trying to turn it so they are no longer favourites. Nobody is turning anything. The bookies have you both at 2/1. So its a fact, not a Swindon fans assumption.
foreverblue
More rubbish than the local council tip! You may be right and having Herbie for Noddy makes you weaker - but what you fail to mention is that you've used the averages difference to strengthen elsewhere I.e. Josh at reserve! No because Josh was already declared in the revised line up before Chris Holder got injured, Hancock came in as a like for like.

foreverblue
Actually, A good case for Poole winning this meeting can be made here. Against Lakeside, we were 2 points behind by heat 7, and surely, a star studded side like Poole will be further ahead than that? Swindon finished strongly and went on to win easily enough, but against Poole it will be different, much different, after all, they have a double world champion, and a young upstart called Darcy Ward, not to mention the Swindon specialist, "Magic" All in all, Poole should run out comfortable winners in their away leg, and then finish the job off with a routine win on their own awful track. Poole's to lose without doubt. Put like that sounds easy!! Yes I have no idea who it was but I know for sure whilst Darcy also might not know who smacked him he knew for sure why they did it. So Swindon didn't start the season with Gomolski then Steve or that would mean they havn't got the same team as you state??? You could do with him back, still think he is not a terrible rider and better than Ashley Birks.

stevebrum
I honestly think all the other Poole fans are alright. They defend their club as we all do but they speak a lot of sense. Sh1te Shovlar is just like an 8 year old kid tho with the gumf he posts about Poole being heroic underdogs and all that. Hes saying its 75/25 in Swindons favour in one post and then saying we have given them a massive advantage in the next. Hes worse than that MJJ loving bumder on the Pboro threads. To be fair he is just a poor KKS et al wannabe. I remember a time when he used to be mildly amusing. He just does what Trolls do lets face it. Love the way Swindon fans are trying to turn it so they are no longer favourites. From day one of this season Swindon have been favourites. Nothing has changed. They still have the same team and qualified for the playoffs with ease. Poole had to rely on Swindon and other results to just squeeze in. It is only you trying to make out Poole are better. Don`t let facts get in the way of a good troll tho, They DON'T have the same team they started with as Gomolski was replaced. Correct you have just squeezed in so if you stopped bigging up your teams part Poole might get a little more respect. Poole have qualified as of right so they have just as much chance as any of the teams in it, including Wolves who are seen by some as the lightest contenders. Interestingly Skybet now have Poole as favourites. Poole 7/4, Swindon 15/8, Brummies 10/3 & Wolves 9/2. So it IS Poole's to lose. *Lights blue touchpaper and stands well clear*

Gavan
Love reading the blue tints say how well they have done to make the play offs! Really?? Poole have made the play offs because...... 1. Kings Lynn have suffered from injuries more than any other side ive known and basically would have strolled in. 2. Darcys injury meant Poole could strengthen the side and dispose of the cack poles they started with. 3. They called off the Lakeside meeting when they shouldnt have 4. Pawlicki and Janowski were fit on Sunday and Tuesday but not Monday so Poole could use horses for courses in that meeting. 5. Same again at Eastbourne. 6.Towards the end of the season they rode weakened teams. Lakeside no PK. Swindon no PK. Belle Vue no Cook 7. The obvious 'heat 10' meeting at Belle Vue Basically they used every stroke trick in the book to get there and still only stumbled in. I have never been so bored of elite league speedway as watching Matt Ford at Belle Vue on sky the other week. the man has no morals and dares come on the screen and talk about cheating the public!! Middlo has gone way down in most peoples estimation with how immature his twitter has become. Poole speedway are slowly putting the nail in the coffin of speedway but whats more frustrating is someone like the forums biggest troll shovlar actually supports this. Oh and by the way Shovlar Matt Ford is a cancer on the sport. Can you read that correctly? I only ask because someone else said it and you said i hope his kids dont read it! Why?????? Nobody is wishing Matt Ford to get cancer are they!!! Then again you blue tints always do twist words. Also Swindon are not huge favourites yet another troll. Bookies have Poole favourites and you dont see a poor bookie. And Hancock for Holder may have got you in the play offs. Cant imagine Holder on that slimebath at Belle Vue doing what Greg did, or also the way Greg has given a team riding masterclass has probably helped Poole get points. Lets just hope for the good of the sport, the integrity of British Speedway that Poole do not win the league. At least if Swindon beat them Shovlar will disappear as he always does

On the one hand they ARE favourites but on the other they are the poorest of all 4. Yes, they really do have their cake this time.

Gemini
Poole could do a Coventry 2010 and win after creeping in to the play offs after some major changes. They could well do that but let's hope they get a little more respect if they become champions than Coventry did when they came from 4th place to win both home and away meetings in the final. Not forgotten or forgiven how badly they were treated on that night at Poole.

But did you not post on a Cov/Poole topic a short while ago that you couldn't understand why Ford didn't visit Brandon these days.? Stating that the old regime had gone and all was forgiven.
