BluPanther
I and all Poole fans are true speedway fans and most certainly do not support the Robins. Rather support a team built within the financial boundaries of our club than one built in an attempt to win the league but bankrupt the club at the same time. Some teams just have bankrupt morals instead....
thecoombdog
The only cert of this tie is that if the robins win then Sh1te Shovlar will be off setting up a new business, never to be heard from again until Poole win a few meetings in 2014.
Tom Turner
I for one am just pleased to see the Pirates go through. They may be controversial but I have loved them since I was I young boy and I think they deserve it.
Crazy robin
Oh you mean a quiet beer before getting attacked by a complete stranger. Complete stranger, yeah right he was & that is why no charges were pursued as a certain person wouldn't have wanted more bad publicity as such a time.
kenny bee firefly
So how comes every team in the plays offs have never done it before ? is it new great tactic that only Rosco has just thought of ..my point is that Rosco said weeks ago that they would be at home on this day ...this date in the middle of two massive footie matches has nowt to do with tactics . How many play off matches has Rosco been in before and never done it ? Wolves did it In 2009 against lakeside mate !! Whether it's the right move I'm not sure ! foreverblue
Complete stranger, yeah right he was & that is why no charges were pursued as a certain person wouldn't have wanted more bad publicity as such a time. Yeah right you have no idea who it was It's a fact that Swindon have limped over the line to qualify for the Play Offs as a result of the 5 straight wins at the very start of the season. Conversely the Pirates have stormed into the Play Off's after having changed their team many times and obviously have the momentum now If this were not the case then the little lapdog would not be quite so 'HAPPY' Every knows that any true supporter of speedway will be behind the Robins.. Will Poole choke yet again .. Poole didnt choke last time just got beat by a better team.

Stormed?? Limped in more like! The only cert of this tie is that if the robins win then Sh1te Shovlar will be off setting up a new business, never to be heard from again until Poole win a few meetings in 2014. Aint that truth. Just the other few Blue tints to put up with instead.
Wackie
These semi final meetings could just be the financial lifeline that Swindon need. Why have Swindon chosen to have the first leg at home? Maybe Ford told them too!

I honestly think all the other Poole fans are alright. They defend their club as we all do but they speak a lot of sense. Sh1te Shovlar is just like an 8 year old kid tho with the gumf he posts about Poole being heroic underdogs and all that. Hes saying its 75/25 in Swindons favour in one post and then saying we have given them a massive advantage in the next. Hes worse than that MJJ loving bumder on the Pboro threads.
Steve Shovlar
Love the way Swindon fans are trying to turn it so they are no longer favourites. From day one of this season Swindon have been favourites. Nothing has changed. They still have the same team and qualified for the playoffs with ease. Poole had to rely on Swindon and other results to just squeeze in. And now Swindon fans are saying Poole are in the same class as their team and it's 50/50. What a load of rubbish. Swindon should waltz past Poole in the semis and go on to win the league. If they don't, well they really will have choked on this occasion. There will be no excuses for Rosco and his gang. They won't be able to say Poole were a stronger side. Poole are weaker with Greg for Noddy as well. I think it's starting to look like a few Swindon fans are running scared with the thought their team might choke on the night and get turned over by a weaker team. Surely that won't happen, will it? All along they have been at the top. No injury worries, no sudden loss of form ( unless they don't get paid) Swindon's to lose no doubt about that. But Pirates are coming after ya! Bring it on! Up The Pirates!
Grachan
And now Swindon fans are saying Poole are in the same class as their team and it's 50/50. What a load of rubbish. Up The Pirates! More rubbish than the local council tip! You may be right and having Herbie for Noddy makes you weaker - but what you fail to mention is that you've used the averages difference to strengthen elsewhere I.e. Josh at reserve!

Not exactly right - Josh was in before Greg. And Chris's average was 9.25 as opposed to Greg on 8.77. That looks weaker - on paper anyway

Yes I have no idea who it was but I know for sure whilst Darcy also might not know who smacked him he knew for sure why they did it. So Swindon didn't start the season with Gomolski then Steve or that would mean they havn't got the same team as you state???
BritPete
Actually, A good case for Poole winning this meeting can be made here. Against Lakeside, we were 2 points behind by heat 7, and surely, a star studded side like Poole will be further ahead than that? Swindon finished strongly and went on to win easily enough, but against Poole it will be different, much different, after all, they have a double world champion, and a young upstart called Darcy Ward, not to mention the Swindon specialist, "Magic" All in all, Poole should run out comfortable winners in their away leg, and then finish the job off with a routine win on their own awful track. Poole's to lose without doubt.
