Phil The Ace
Are you getting value for money???? At belle Vue I paid £265 for a season ticket with a promise of 15 fixtures. Included in the season ticket is a £3 program. At belle Vue there is not going to be a 15th meeting. Meaning I made a profit over the season of £8. Is that really worth it?????? For me no How does yours compare?

Paid over the usual price but got some minor benefits...have missed about three meets this year so probably not value for money but it has helped the club financially. Phil The Ace
£273 If i would have paid on the door and got a programme for each meeting. Only saving £8. Personally I don't think that's enough My opinion of course Edited September 5, 2013 by Phil The Ace

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
If the deal was 15 meetings then there should be a 15th or you should get a partial refund IMO. I havent bothered with a season ticket for a number of years. Miss a couple of weeks with hols or sickness and you are out of pocket.

Exactly - I used to have a Season Ticket a few years ago - provided I attended EVERY Meeting I was in to pocket. However, taking out Holidays, Family Events etc. it was not worth it. uk_martin
Birmingham will have a problem convincing anyone to buy season tickets next year. Just with the 10% off the admission prices by buying tickets over the phone alone, the total outlay for the season will be less than the cost of the season ticket, then add to that the savings from the discount schemes and the 2013 season ticket holder can consider themselves to have been well and truly shafted. It's a situation that's been created out of necessity and to their credit, it's a problem that the management know about, but what the solution will be remains to be seen. Brummiestormer
Not even a full program included either just a race sheet!
Deano
Not even a full program included either just a race sheet! I just do my own sheet, it smells and is a little sticky, but my gut feels better after making it.
LagutaRacingFan
I personally think it ultimately depends on your work schedule, Personally I don't get a season ticket as I don't need one... I can walk in and out when I want as I basically own the showground as they know me due to myself being a regular for over 4 years.
