RebelRebel
What should have been a relatively easy victory for the Rebels has been made a lot easier with the absence of Kozza Smith. It is a shame because I always like seeing Kozza ride. Hopefully though, there will be no lack of good racing with Aspegren and Bellego in the Bandits line up.
oldtimer
Hope Charles Wright shows as good form as he did at Edinburgh as he will be having 7 rides.

Brooksy
When I first saw the Bandits line-up at the beginning of the season, I thought they would prove to be possibly the toughest opponents to visit Somerset this year, with Ashworth, Smith, Aspegren and Wethers all having shown a definite liking for the OTA in the past. Alas for them, much has changed since then. Without Ricky and Kozza, and with Aspegren and Wethers not really firing at the moment, this really should be a 3 point banker for the Rebels. The only foreseeable problem for them is the injury to Kyle, whose rides can only be taken by Alex and the reserves. Alex has had a couple of disappointing scores recently and obviously both reserves are pretty new to the OTA, so the bottom half of the team could be particularly vulnerable this week. But hopefully Jason, Nick and Josh should do enough to ensure we get the full 3 points that are needed, regardless.
Normski
Shame that Kozza is missing hopefully Bellego, Aspegren and Barrett will turn up to this meeting as 11 last places out of 12 races at Newcastle between them was simply not good enough, Can see Seb and Starke getting amongst the points but being optimistic we will do well to score 35pts. bandits 13
35 would do me to be quite honest!
screm
Home win, with Berwicks loss something along the lines of our recent trip to Newcastle IMO.
gusworld
Unfortunately weather not good for Friday so probably a rain off. Maybe a double header with Ipswich or Edinburgh in the next two weeks or better still just give the three points to the Rebels as the result is a forgone conclusion anyway. Bandits4life
I'll be down for this, since i'm going to be over at Ipswich on Thursday. Will be pleased if we hit 35 points and if the weather holds up. BBC weather shows rain early morning, before clearing to showers. Fingers crossed. Ha ha, you will probably have unopposed abuse on the updates site as I`m off on holiday for two weeks today. Hope it goes ahead and all riders stay safe, good luck to Chas on his OTA debut for the Rebels.I would just like to say that I was sorry that Stef got the bullet the other week, he was unlucky, but like last season with the Sam Masters thing, I stand by the management and hope they have got it right again. Speedway is very much a results driven sport and when it is relatively easy to change your team for a supposed better one ( Scunny got it spot on last term ) this sort of thing will always happen. In saying that I believe most riders understand the situation and although obviously disappointed if asked to leave, it opens the door for someone else which may well be themselves another time. Lord Antebellum
I too hope weather holds off and this is on, I like Berwick's visits and with Dick Barrie having promised to come and buy a raffle ticket for the fencefund, we'll get entertainment between races too. A shame Kozza Smith is injured, but Robin Aspegren and Matthew Wethers can certainly get around the OTA and will keep the Rebels honest. A home win for sure, three points unless Wright can't provide the points Stefan would have, maybe two if reserves let Somerset down.

drew2
Sounds like Lewis Rose may have been injured at Saddlebow Road tonight. Said he was taken to hospital after a crash in ht 10. Hope he is ok? If not where do we go for a NL guest? Tom Perry maybe?
