cyclone
Re credibility, why is a fit again Barker not replacing Risager as Ipswich's representative ? He is bang in form and would be one the title favourites. His avoidable absence short changes the paying public this Sunday, especially any Ippo fans making the journey.

TheScotsman
Cant see past Craig Cook for this one. Double header at Worky the night before might put paid to his chances.
IronScorpion
No idea , rules get chopped and changed as the season progresses . But i believe it should be the club's current number 1 if possible , whether he's been there two months or two minutes . My opinion on this goes completly against the use of rolling road averages & should apply, not just at the PLRC, but in the PL Pairs & Fours also. They should use current season averages as published in the Speedway Star but only for their current club as that is who they are representing but only from number 1 to 4 as it might be detriment to the quality of the meeting to have a lower rider than 4 represent your club. Lord Lucan
Double header at Worky the night before might put paid to his chances. Certainly didn't look like it, if Cookie rides Sheffield as well as he does DP he wins!! now there's a statement!!
Super Blue
Ben Barker didn't miss many meets but was out when the declarations were made , assume this is the reason for his absence , now he's available again all this does is devalue the competition as he would surely be in the shake up come the business end of the meeting . phillipsr
Thought Allen might have been a big spoiler turned out to be alot more!! Well done Olly
Cue Ball
Good meeting with some decent racing. Top 4 deserved to be in the final and Allen deserved the win for his first bend - that took some big brass ones to keep it wound on to go round the outside of Karlsson and Cook! Shadders
Brilliant victory for Olly and very much deserved. Stand out rider on the night as his semi and final proved. Highlight for me was fronting up the Leicester fans, who were giving it large all night with my own "easy easy easy". They and the Bandits fans were brilliant in supporting their riders. Nights like this is what puts speedway above ather sports where the supporters can stand together and exchange friendly (sometimes) banter Great night. A quick one in the bar, then I'm off to the casino, seeing as my luck is in.

Munchkin
I agree only Allen was a good winner, was on first visit to sheffield, stadium excellent, racing good, track preparation questionable had programme filled in by end of lap 2 due to lack of passing, track looked very slick
