DIAMONDS
or with a lower points limit (38?) a 3 point rider. True i didn't think of that, i keep assuming that the limit will be 42.5. 1. Anders Mellgren 7.40 2. Jason Bunyan 5.86 3. Tyson Nelson 6.16 4. Steve Boxall 5.69 5. Pontus Aspgren 6.65 6. 5.29 7. Jason Garrity 5.45 Close enough
JC!
Announced in the Hoddesdon and Broxbourne Mercury today. As always Len is one of the first promoters to announce his team for next year. Dependant on decisions at promoters conference etc. The team will contain; Anders Mellgren Tyson Nelson Jason Garritty and most probably Jason Bunyan Steve Boxall Luke Bowen Not far off - same old, same old as ever. JamesM09
Jason Bunyan Jason Garrity Tyson Nelson Anders Mellgren Luke Bowen Steve Boxall Add to that a point scoring number 1 we have a very solid team.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
dont bloody encourage him/her they will need a weeks holday to edit the multitude of suggestions on various threads when the real limit is finally announced! Shadders
1. Anders Mellgren 7.33 2. Steve Boxall 5.69 3. Tyson Nelson 6.16 4. Jason Bunyan 5.80 5. 7.07 6. Luke Bowen 5.00 7. Jason Garrity 5.45 Not a bad team then. Number five could be Rohan Tungate or a new assessed 7 rider. More likely to be another Simon Lambert type, wasting another 2 teambuilding points. Chris
Announced in the Hoddesdon and Broxbourne Mercury today. As always Len is one of the first promoters to announce his team for next year. Dependant on decisions at promoters conference etc. The team will contain; Anders Mellgren Tyson Nelson Jason Garritty and most probably Jason Bunyan Steve Boxall Luke Bowen Leaving one place for the customary 'experimental/No hoper' Looking ok but unless we have an injury free season and the seventh rider develops into a Tai or Eddie K next season I cant see us winning the league. Same old crap, Bowen and Bunyan? Zzzzz. Neither of those have any improvement in them. Does Boxall have more than one lawn mower to race on now? Mellgren, Aspgren, Garrity and Nelson with a top number would be the way to go but it's Len, so he'll go with what he thinks and to hell with the points limit. Another bottom half finish with that rubbish on display.
Ben91
Add Aspgren to that and it can be a good side. Solid top 5 in Mellgren, Aspgren, Nelson, Garrity and Boxall. All can improve, especially Garrity who has the potential to be a real number one. Boxall is a no brainer on his average. Bunyan and Bowen are solid reserves, much better than Kasper and Morley that we ended the season with. Neither will improve massively but they won't plummet either. Aspgren re-singing is key but if he does and we don't have any injuries we'll have a very good side.
Guest
I'm puzled. I keep seeing the name of Tyson Nelson in the Sheffield 2014 thread. What's going on there?
Ben91
I'm puzled. I keep seeing the name of Tyson Nelson in the Sheffield 2014 thread. What's going on there? A fan wants him in the Sheffield side. I could say I want Tai Woffinden back at Rye next year, wouldn't make it happen though.

That's what I thought the case was - but you do sometimes wonder if something-behind-the-scenes is going on. It's always best I think to get these things out in the open. Many thanks for your viewpoint.
cityrebel
as a neutral i think it's a tired looking line up, a typical len silver team from recent years.
Greg
I thought it was because he was due to sign for them before he signed for Rye,

Don't think many riders will want to commit themselves until after the promoters meeting, could be shooting themselves in the foot if they sign for the wrong Club. Vincent Vega
Your team could be 1. Watt 2. Garrity 3. Sundstrom 4. Nelson 5. Mellgren 6. Bunyan 7. Mear
Rockets
But hopefully not Mr Vega. Sundstrom would be a brilliant addition to Garrity Nelson and Mellgren though.
