I think Dennis at first said Sunday, but Dick later said it would be Monday, on the new Newsletter and on Website.

Nice meeting last night, I thought. Fair amount of racing, everything good-humoured and enjoyable.

Dick poked a bit of fun at some of us point pointing out the Berwick Raiders' NJL KO Cup win proved we'd won silverware, as well as a nice aside about how pleasant it was to have such a gentleman as Olly Allen (congratulations, champ!) coming up as Rockets' No 1.

Olly himself made a very good speech. A good night out.

Olly gave an excellent interview at the end, and I agree, it was a decent meeting. Much better than expected.

Saturdays are going to get awfully boring for a few months...

I thought he was giving an interview for the 2014 Bandits number 1 place at one stage. He certainly gained some fans amongst the Bandits fans with his racing and after match interview, so much so that many of them were well behind him during the latter stages of the PLRC.

Though the track was decent tonight, pretty slick but it produced some close racing with the riders being able to use the-outside line with confidence.priority for next season is to produce a decent every week.Good to see the improvement of the junior riders over the season.

Proves my point, a slick track is the answer, close racing and the opportunity to pass. Will the track curator learn the lesson?

Only if they are willing to learn, so if the answer is "the keys are in the pits for you" that would lead me to believe the answer to be no.
