bigeddiechek
Sad anybody would put anyone on ignore, is this forum really that serious. When you are a busy executive you have to use all the tools available to weed out the rubbish. Otherwise, I'd never have time to read the sensible posts on here. You'll notice from the reply that you are clearly not on the ignore list, pal.
screm
Taken from Berwick Advertiser site, doesn't look like we will be seeing young Liam on a bike for quite some time. Local speedway rider Liam Carr has revealed how he expects to be sidelined for ‘a considerable length of time’ after sustaining serious knee injuries recently. Carr, who started out the season with home-town Berwick, was riding as a guest for Sheffield when he crashed at the Yorkshire side’s Owlerton track a fortnight ago. “I have damaged both the cruciate ligaments in my right knee and the tendons have also snapped,” he said. “I also dislocated my knee and I was in some pain. “I have been told it will be six to nine months before I am even able to walk properly again, so I don’t think I will be back on a bike for a while. “My leg is in plaster at the moment, I am on crutches and I am due to have an operation, but I don’t know exactly when that will be. “This season is a write-off now, but it also looks like I will miss a lot of next season as well. I will be sidelined for a considerable time.” Father Lee said: “It’s a bad injury and I have told him he can’t take any chances. I don’t think he will be back on a bike for at least 16 months.” Carr said losing his place in the Berwick team to the returning Alex Edberg had ‘added to the blow,’ but it has not put him off the sport. “I want to come back fitter and stronger,” he said. “Ironically, this has come at a time when I was just starting to find some form. “I had been having a few problems with my engine, but I had been scoring a few points with Buxton in the National League when this happened. “I haven’t cut all my ties with Berwick - I am sure I will be back riding for the Bandits one day.”
YAMYAMBANDIT
Only reason I noticed is because I had him set to ignore and didn't recognise the name when the post was hidden. Name history on the profile explained everything. Just call me Sherlock... Should that not be Shylock

Krcmar was very impressive in this years SWC, and would be a valuable asset to any PL team over here, though as with any young rider he`d bound to miss meetings from Under-21 meetings be it Worlds or Europeans, individual or team events, but at the end you`d be bringing in an asset. The other problem being they won't come cheap,as they can get better money on the Continent nowadays,Britain is no longer that attractive IMO
neil
I would add the Latvian Bogdanovs to the wish list for next year too, over 21 so wont miss as many meetings. We could certainly do with at least one new asset in next years line up, any of the 3 mentioned would be good.

screm
Liam Carr underwent his first operation to try to repair his damaged knee today .They are keeping him in over night as he's had a lot of trauma in his knee today with them poking and pulling on ligaments. He's had a lot of morphine so they don't want to release him yet as he's still not with it yet and still in a lot of pain. All at Berwick Bandits Speedway wish Liam a full & speedy recovery . Even by the standards of this forum, that has to be one of the most outrageous and unrealistic suggestions I have ever seen. Absolutely not a chance in hell. smod
I have a question on the END OF SEASON DO 2014 WHICH PLANK CHOSE A FRIDAY NIGHT?. Does someone with no brains, not realise, that in this area, a lot of Berwick fans have to work on a Saturday. Perhaps it was chosen to suit the riders, officials and supporters who find it possible to eat, drink and be merry, fully enjoying such an event without having to drink themselves senseless and unable to function the following day?

That sounds like a reply from a PLANK. It was probably chosen because someone left the booking till it was too late to get a Saturday night, To get the B&G for 2015 it needs to be booked now, not left until a few weeks before. Same Bl**dt story last year.
sparkafag
Berwick race on a Saturday night, booking an event a year in advance on a Saturday night when you could have Play Off meetings, Cup Finals etc is nonsensical.
