Catch Me If You Can
Steen Jensen that is a blast from the past, I thought he had retired.Far from it. The same Steen Jensen had a great season in 2013 in Denmark. He was in the Danish League Championship winning team Esjberg am certain and was a big scorer in Danish Div One I had a look back when I saw this email on the site www.speedwayresults.com If he came over he could be a snip? Robinh88
he's probably the only rider who could fill the massive gap left by Nicki Barrett  I can pay Steen no higher compliment than that
spittalbandit
not really heard much of steen jensen to be honest but if the average was under 5 would always be worth a punt. that would leave over 7 points ( if liam in team ) . i would then look for a new asset. nothing against matty wethers but if you get the chance to build up asset base it worth doing with the right rider. not sure where vissing stsnds at minute as he is bspa asset . does thst mean if he goes ok berwick need to purchase from bspa. someone can enlighten me on that plz

Afraid I don't follow the Danish League that much, the last I heard of Steen Jenson was 2005 riding for the Isle Wight, he came over the same time as Ulrich Ostergaard. Â Not as good as Ostergaard, but useful, but that was a long time ago.

Catch Me If You Can
Re-assessed average of 5.5I suggest fans take a look at his scores in Denmark last season as I said before. He is way above Barrett in standard in that league. Esjberg thought enough of him to include him in their quartet for the Danish League Championship play off final. If his average is what you say in UK and I dont know, he is a snip.
emilali
Steen Jensen comfimed on his website that his contract with Berwick is signed, great signing at reserve. Anyone who doesnt know much about him have a look on his favebook page, comfortably beats Nicki Pederson, exciting style as well. Well done Berwick. SCB
Steen Jensen averaged about 5.2 for IoW in about 2005 as Spin King says. I remember him scoring a huge amount at Newport in one meeting and looking like a super star - mind you, in 2005 Newport had nobody in there team worth beating! look at last season result he should be a bargain on a 5ish. Berwick have a few ifs, buts and maybes about them but if 1 of them comes off they'll have a good season and if two of them do then they're laughing. screm
Berwick have certainly pulled a rabbit out of the hat with this one, could be a good scorer at reserve. Â Over the last few seasons most Berwick fans,me included, have probably thought our team was way better than it actually was. This year we may not have the greatest team on paper but with the riders we have I think this team might just click.
