Necessity for an air fence probably-financing it that is.

Have seen nothing else on internet including Facebook and not surely about reliability of source (no offence).

Wasn't at the meeting today, so don't know if it was a story doing the rounds at Ashfield or something else.

You could be right about air-fence, however fund raising for this appears to be planned.

Would be devastated if it came to fruition.

If you weren't there then you shouldnt have an opinion Georgie boy :)

No opinion stated, that's why I'm asking if anyone can shed any light.

Away and troll elsewhere, ya weirdo.

Now that is an opinion!

Have a day off Trigger!

A lot closer than many predicted.

Anyone able to shed any light on the comment on the Updates forum that there's been a "declaration" that Glasgow might not be running next season?

Says in the programme that its Glasgow's intention to declare at the AGM in November they will be running in 2014  . Perhaps the dropping of the price for the Sportsmans Dinner by £10 suggests not many tickets have sold and the fence won't pay for itself.

Enjoyed today's match despite the scoreline. We had a bit of luck with Morris coming off trying too hard and Grajczonek also when his bike seemed to die on the fourth bend when leading. However North's stupid bringing down of Newman in ht8 was just desperate when he had the speed and laps to pass him. He was also racing Screen in his previous heat for no obvious reason. No complaints about Screen today, plenty about Grieves who was slow as sh*t again. Thought Ringwood was unlucky in ht12 to be excluded when Doyle came across to block the outside but locked up leaving Ringwood nowhere to go but run into him. Its tough going at the bottom!

My undestanding is all clubs excluding i believe the NL, have to have FIM approved airfences or Foam fences, and that might be a problem for a lot of clubs. But im sure with the help of sponsors fans AND riders this could be done. But it would depend on the clubs circumtances.

I reckon this fence thing is due to the E.L. needing more teams, perhaps to suit SKY. So if you can't afford one you could form a New National League with the current N.L.

How did you come up with that theory? ALL tracks in EL, PL & NL next season have to have air/foam fences.

;)

Puts your posts into perspective.

Discussion about a track potentially closing and you respond as you do.

Why not find something about Berwick to be negative about, like the colour of the shale.

Thoroughly entertaining meeting. Have to say at the end I was rooting for the Tigers (which is probably why they lost).

They rode their luck a bit but it was a battling performance, with Screen making a mockery of that I saw about a fortnight ago. He can stll beat the best.

Jacobs, too, had a good meeting.

Somerset are going to be a real handful for anyone in the forthcoming play offs.

Incorrect, ALL British clubs need an air fence or foam fence, hence why a few NL teams are worrying, surely Garry told you this?

MD Dakota made the pass on Kyle hard but fair ... He didn't touch him and in a further heat Doyle locked up and Joey got excluded when he had nowhere to go

Hard but fair is where you pass a guy but leave him room to race, not deliberately stuff him into the fence (which is why he was excluded) the boy needs an attitude check. I do agree about Joey though, there were one or two I thought should have been all four back.

Dakota has the attitude of a winner, That's why he reached the Semi-Finals of the SGP qualifying series and finished 2nd in the Australian championships.
