Northside V Workington (njl) - 27th July.

Can anybody please tell me the programmed line-up for Northside in riding order please? I'm hearing that it was 1) Glyn Picken 2) Kyle Deans 3) No Rider. But looking at heat details on Facebook, Picken doesn't appeared to have ridden in Heat 1 but no reason given as to why not. Facebook is such a mess when it comes to providing accurate race details, and it's such a shame they don't get publish on the BSF very often. Thank you in advance if anybody can help.

Glyn Picken was scheduled to ride in heat 1 but his throttle stuck open at the tapes and he had to withdraw. So I suppose it was excluded (or whatever it's called these days) for missing the 2 minutes. Rob shuttleworth was scheduled to be the third northside rider but got stuck in traffic en-route.

No worries, it was my mistake to miss Glyn out of heat 1 on the race card. Results are also posted here http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=73807 but are just a copy and paste of the facebook page.

Actually 'kevcfc' I don't really see how the information can be correct, whoever's put it on there. The result has now been loaded onto the BSPA website, and shows that Glyn Picken scored 4-points from 4-rides. He suffered a 2-minute disqualification in two out of the four heats, and they don't count as rides, so the records show 4-points from 2-rides!! Once again thanks for your time and trouble.
