NTB
Any news on these matches as there is nothing on our website I don't think the weather will be in our favour.

Ommer Mon
Forecast does not look too good - a mixture of light and heavy rain throughout the afternoon. Can anyone local to wither Buxton or Stoke give a view on conditions?

heathhen1
one hell of a long day for fans but god knows how riders felt buxton was a technicality no big deal didn't win that one the lads really needed to save energy for stoke looked little deflated early on but when it matter the might heathens rose to the job get well soon ash n ishy solid lewis and starky good efforts from dan n ishy ash unlucky nath awesome and lea great effort but heat 2 what a shock left to stoke reserves standing well done one and all
Parsloes 1928 nearly
one hell of a long day for fans but god knows how riders felt buxton was a technicality no big deal didn't win that one the lads really needed to save energy for stoke  Am sure you're right that one win from the two fixtures a pretty good return from the unusual arrangement of two away matches in one day but surprised at your 'choice'... I'd have thought in the scheme of things a win at Buxton was at least as important as at Stoke if not more...

Heathen1984
Buxton result was less important cus it was knockout cup and we are through , which is the main thing. Main result was to pick up all points in the league and we done that with great effort from all our riders. No break for Morris aswell so all good news
Ommer Mon
We lost 43-47 at Buxton but it was a Cup match and we had a 16 point lead from the first leg, hence the comment about it not being a big deal to lose. Â We won the Stoke match 50-38 ending the meeting with 5 fit riders after Ash and Gareth both had to withdraw after knocks. Happily it seems no bones are broken though both will need a little time on the sidelines. Â The team to face the Isle of Wight will have a rather strange look. Â Have to say Lee Geary's Heat 2 win was one of the highlights of the night and Dan Greenwood and Nathan Greaves really took up the challenge in the later stages of the meeting, while Lewis and Starkey were simply magnificent. Â In the words of 'Wallace' - A grand day Out!!!

pete cc
uninformed is not stupid. 2 away matches on 1 day was a bit of a strange one but, stokes normal race night is saturday. ashley morris would have been at workington, paul starke at berwick, etc, better to ride on a sunday with a full team, maybe! P T Preece
Enjoyed those, thought the buxton meeting was better than the stoke one, they got on well with it at Buxton inspite of the rain, the hitmen coming back well to win by 4 points, morris and blackbird looked good for Dudley. Well done to Blackbird getting a full max and Starke a paided one at stoke, apart from Priest I thought Stoke were poor, Smarty looked slow from the gate and down on power. Long day but very enjoyable.
Heathen1984
Pete Dudley have priority over berwick so wouldn't of missed Starke
