manchesterpaul
That was pretty fortuitous timing i've just uploaded the tv racecard and was preparing to temporarily put the link in the main Swedish thread. Incidentally, whilst Dackarna have stated they are intending to use rider replacement for Freddie Lindgren there is still one media report indicating that it is not set in stone and could change before the match, hopefully it doesn't! manchesterpaul
Uh Oh Dave triggering the SGP versus one-off World final debate. What next? which is best Elite League or Premier League! eeeeek! SGP for me. Back to the meeting Dackarna making a 'vain'? attempt to get the bonus point, they lost the home match earlier in the season 39-51! Sadly Antonio does seem to have a problem with holding his nerve at times these days? Unless heat ten was first to last for mechanical performance reasons? Don't shoot the messenger as in this case it was Antonio himself in an interview. Edited July 23, 2013 by manchesterpaul
brandonbee48
A curiously flat meeting, going by the 6 heats i've seen. It's a fast track, but they get spread out fairly quickly. Ah well, perhaps 11 to 15 will be corkers.
manchesterpaul
Ouch Thornblom's head hit the track and bounced up twice then was also hit on the head by his bike! Guess he knows what it feels like to be a kickboxer now. He's up and walking pretty steady but i'd be keeping an eye out on at least delayed concussion unless he's got a very tough head. Only two riders in re-run with Larsson rearing up and causing the stoppage? Wow what a tough cookie Mathias is he's out for re-run. Gee i know speedway riders are reknowned for their toughness and that's a good example. Edited July 23, 2013 by manchesterpaul

Only two riders in re-run with Larsson rearing up and causing the stoppage? Didn't want it to "liven" up like that. Very nasty looking crash. Thank goodness both up, but you are probably right Paul. A headache for sure.
manchesterpaul
Two good line-ups to end the level pegging match. Some very good racing going on to end the meeting. Guess they going the show business way...leave them wanting more. Gate 4 has won the last three heats after being the runt of the litter all meeting with a paltry 9 points and no wins after eleven heats. A very enjoyable last few heats made it worth watching. Well done Darcy too. UPDATE Make that Gate 4 four wins on the trot! Edited July 23, 2013 by manchesterpaul
mikec
Great climax to a decent night's racing there by Darcy Ward. Mikkel Michelsen impressive too. Do like that Kumla race track!
brandonbee48
Good finish, but my earlier comment holds. Not that thrilling, but hey, i'm glad I saw most of it. Take care all. Alan.
Ghostwalker
Laguta was super impressive tonight 18p of 18 possible. Unfortunately the rest of the team was not so impressive, PK and Eklöf was Ok but the rest was not. Especially not Zorro with only 1p from 4 heats. krompa
What happened to Hammarby? I know Walasek and Artem out but 21-69? I hope they will be relegated. Hate teams that only put good side and fight at home and manipulate avarages by big losses away. Madsen and Bjerre both should have scored double digits on such gating paradise Vastervik track usually is.
