Recommended Posts

Well nobody else has started this yet so here goes, after Fridays teriffic result at Edinburgh lets hope we can keep the points coming.

After Somerset got a one point defeat at Workington last night can we go one better and take all three points on offer (I hope so) Any views?

Newcastle 50 Somerset 43 I hope. :)

No matter what side Somerset put together they "always" go well at our place, a lot will depend on how they adapt to the smaller/tighter Brough Pk, Doyle should be back too so if they gate as well as they did yesterday they are going to cause a few problems for you for certain!! :t: With things getting tight at the top now don't really know who I'd want to win this, Newky too close for comfort, Somerset far enough away at the moment but matches in hand, I'll take home advantage and say Newky by 6!! ;)

Exactly Mike, which is why "2pts" is all I can allow at this juncture!!! ;)

Well I'm sorry to say if you are not letting us gain our wish and get all 3 points I'm not granting your wish either in taking a point. :o;)

Tough one for the Diamonds without Henry. Doyle is as good around Brough as Barker or Cook, Morris and Josh are pretty handy around here as well. They will present a real challenge to the Diamonds top 4 and we'll need all of them on top form.

Key will be how well Kyle, Davies and the two guest reserves go. Davies hasn't done much here in the past but has improved a lot over the last 12 months.

I think this is a real tough one for us and despite Fridays fantastic win at Edinburgh I wouldn't be surprised if the Rebels take at least a point.

This will be a cracker !!! Not sure which way it will go and with Doyle back , I will go for a narrow Newcastle win with the rebels taking a point

At this stage I`d settle for that. With Doyle back I can`t see us conceding 1-5`s in heats 13 and 15 as we did last night.

Two evenly matched teams with the reserves being the key imo.

to be honest, think your guest reserves tonight are better than your own around Brough... Should be close :)

Close Meeting in prospect. I'm hoping for a 'Diamonds' win. Like everyone else I think it will be close - especially without Christian Henry.

Hoping for NO injuries to all Riders (both Teams) too.

I'm looking forward to it. :t:

Newcastle reserves score 10, Somerset's only 5, Alex Davies only scoring 2. How on earth did Rebels get a draw? Answer they are a FANTASTIC TEAM!

sums it up, yet again Kerr scores double of his reserve partner, but his partner takes his full quota of rides....it's costing us points imo

Looks like I missed a cracker there.

not really, pretty drab and if anything Somerset deserved more.

No Lewis Kerr in heat 14 was an awful decision, Somerset were fantastic though and deserved at least the draw

not the first time either....unless he had bike problems or something.... Kerr paid 10 schramm paid 4, the match is tight surely it's a no brainier..... Again. :(
