Supersteady1984
Team GB will be leaving the world cup after tomorrow night. Darcy Ward is just too good, Middlo knows it and unless Middlo locks Ward up in his bedroom, I can see a comfortable Aussie win by 10 points. If Team GB beat Australia tomorrow, I won't post on the forum until August and that's how confident I am of Mark Lemon's troops. I've never meet anyone who talks as much rubbish as you and as for MJJ being the best rider in the World Cup I can name 6 better Hancock,Nicki,Niels, tai, ward, hampel Team GB will be leaving the world cup after tomorrow night. pugwash
Although once heat 20 has finished I really, really, really hope to see TeamGB on that rostrum & we hear God Save The Queen & take a creditable 3rd in the final. You might hear 'God Save the Queen' but you wont see any of the riders singing it..

SCB
Yes. Very Well. They are all lovely boys. All manly and heterosexual. They thank you for your interest but would love it if you supported someone else. Even Jason Doyle? Damn! I was hoping he wasn't Am I the only one that thinks Latvia could be a major threat in Prague. They will be closer that people think This meeting is going to be really close. I think it's between us and the Aussies for the win but think that us or the Aussies could finish 3rd. The race off will be closer/better than the final IMO. My flight from Stansted to Prague is between 7-10 so hopefully when I land GB will be in the final! Hopefully Middlo is on the same flight! SCB
No Davey Watt at Prague. It's either Dakota north or cam Woodward Dakota North will struggle to score any more that 2 or 3 surely? He will have the beating of Manzares (assuming USA dont use a tac vs North as that wouold be the obvious race) Thats GBs chance to pounce. If GB can score 2nd in them races thats 8-10 points the Aussies have to find elsewhere. Lewis and Ben need to be told, "take what you have on the back straight", no fighting for a futile 1st against Hancock when North is at the back. Any points off Ward are a bonus and then we just need to make sure we match Troy and Doyley and frank, Jason isn't a star rider is he? If Ben can fly from the start while Jason make starts like Sunday then thats 3 passes needed to see Jason score more than him. Ive convinced myself we can win it, am I mad? Realistic? Or does nobody know yet?
Derwent
Ive convinced myself we can win it, am I mad? Realistic? Or does nobody know yet? No I think you're right, we have a good chance if our riders perform. Tai & Ward should almost cancel each other out, with a point either way when they meet, and then who comes off best against Hancock. B&B are at least the equal of Doyle and North, overall I'd expect them to slightly better. The key to the meeting will be Harris v Batchelor - both capable of beating anybody but also capable of being beaten by anybody. krompa
Harris is a joke in Prague. 2-3 weeks ago he rode slick track in Daugavpils (for Grudziadz), scored 1 pt in 2 rides and said in interview that he has no equipment for slick tracks at all. Do you guys expect any grip in Prague?
pandorum
Ive convinced myself we can win it, am I mad? Realistic? Or does nobody know yet? Mad! But that's what they said about Columbus when he said the world was round. Probably due to the fact this had been comon knowledge for several hundred years Maybe people will talk about you in hushed tones in years to come or probably three out of the four will let us down miserably and we will struggle to finish ahead of Latvia That is the beauty of talking about something that has not happened yet. We never know until we know

The Latvians are the good that has come out of the Russian debacle. I will be watching this one with real interest. Shame the track is usually slick rubbish though. Join you all later. Regards. LagutaRacingFan
Every single Peterborough asset has done well in the sex so I expect North to carry it on..Panthers riders perform on big occasions.
Gavan
Well what a chance we have now that North is riding! He shouldn't be anywhere near a World Cup team so we had a gift here and need to take advantage of that. North is an elite league reserve and even in a poor team this year hasn't got onto the main body. I would have Watt or Woodward over North all day long. Be interesting when Barker and North meet! Surely Dak won't score more than
