Berwick V Redcar (13 July - Pl)

Were mince, goaless sailing away into the night

But hey at least eddie was a pleasure to deal with..

Your comments really are pathetic. If by any chance your totally groundless earlier comments came to pass & there was no speedway at Berwick in 2014 I guess you'd be happy then.

I don't know who you are, how old you are or any other thing about you, but what i do know is for some reason you either have a serious chip on your shoulder with all things Berwick Speedway or you are very very immature and still waiting to grow up !

We have a 7 man team - not a 1 man team.

We have a 7 man Team unfortunately not 1 of them is doing anything special. Inconsistent is the word but at the end of the day were just not good enough , no excuses really.Redcar are a decent team even when they have couple of riders having a poor night they still manage to pull of a win.Armadale was also a fine example. Dyer apart, redcar are very ordinary

To a certain degree that is true, and the promotion were very lucky to get Mickey - and silverware has never really been at the forefront of their thinking - if it had been we would have moved heaven on earth to keep Dyer at reserve until August - as we could have done whilst we had Davey in the side and as virtually every other club in the league would have.

But Dyer has put a smile on our faces, the rest of the team are very solid - you may say ordinary - but as a unit even without Dyer would be hard to beat at home.

You could be spot on!

Even more annoying for Berwick fans I imagine is that their home season looks set to end on 31 August (late Oct last season)

In his notes in programme last week John Anderson said they would not run challenge matches as they were a 'recipe for disaster'

So given that the play offs look out of question now the last meeting could be the annual Tyne and Tweed match v Newcastle?

Thats the way it goes if you have had a poor season. He is quite right regarding challenges why should he lose money paying riders who have not produce the goods during the season.

Challenge matches would be financial suicide IMO.

Your correct though,if you have a poor season you end up with blank saturday nights with no racing and an early end to the season, some PL clubs are fighting for play-off places and KOCs,sadly Berwick are fighting to get their season into September.
