Hope that makes sense and someone can help me out They are isussed monthly with matches included upto 23rd month- normally out 27/28th month operative from 1st of following month ie green sheets from August 1st will include matches upto 23rd July.Green sheets can be isussed at other times if a new signing has completed enough matches to get an average.
