The White Knight
Report here http://speedwaygp.co...sessed-for-adhd I'm genuinely sorry for the Lad. I hope that he can learn to cope with his illness and that he can return to Speedway in a better state of mind.
Ray Stadia
Report here http://speedwaygp.co...sessed-for-adhd I am surprised it wasn't 'picked up' when he was an infant, unless adult ADHD only becomes apparent, when you are an adult. hagonshocker
Poor boy's had it tough hasnt he?....lets just hope now he has a diagnosis he can get the right help as forgetting this season he is a terrific talent on a bike....hope it all works out for him
Red Panda
Although normally diagnosed in childhood it is not uncommon for it to be diagnosed as an adult.............and it is not as such an illness...........more of what is defined as an invisible disability................and having one of those myself and a son with one as well I sort of understand what its all about............ I genuinely wish Antonio well and hope he gets back to his best soon.............. RP
TheReturn
forgetting this season he is a terrific talent on a bike Do you think so? He is always a rider that I find rather boring. When he is in front, he does looks 'smooth and stylish' to steal a quote from a TV presenter, but when behind I never really see him as a threat. Ghostwalker
Antonio Lindbäck have once again been caught drunk driving. He was far over the legal limit. Just like with Darcy there is no excuse for his action. Like Darcy he have once again let his teams and fans down. I don't know what will happen now and how his teams will react but perhaps it would be for the best if would take a time out from racing to sort his problems out, you know getting professional help and all that. Just like Darcy he is a huge talent wasting his career because of alcohol. He says on his Facebook that he made a mistake but d&d for a third time is not a mistake, it is a symptom of much deeper problems. http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/masarna/lindback-fast-for-rattfylleri-igen/ https://m.facebook.com/LindbackRacing?refsrc=https%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com%2Ffbrdr%2F274%2F135941126482208%2F&_rdr

customhouseregular
As the father of an adult son with Aspergers Syndrome, I can have sympathy with any man or woman living with an Autistic Spectrum condition.
Popular Post iris123
As a father of 3 children I don't have any sympathy with a serial drink drive offender. No matter what he has,he knows he shouldn't drink and drive and shouldn't ever be allowed to drive a vehicle on public roads again.I wonder if he has also been under the influence when taking to the track? He talks about responsibility!!!! I actually like him as a rider and saw a bit about the Swedish meeting in Croatia and thought he was looking good, but this is one time too many Edited March 17, 2015 by iris123

waiheke1
As the father of an adult son with Aspergers Syndrome, I can have sympathy with any man or woman living with an Autistic Spectrum condition.adhd is really quite different to aspergers though, and I didn't think it was regarded as being part of the autistic spectrum? Though I understand substance abuse can be quite common as a coping mechanism for adult adhd, it is hard to find sympathy for someone who has repeatedly endangered others in this manner. A real shame, as he's one of my favourite riders.
Triple.H.
Isn't the biggest step the one where he has to admit he has a problem with alcohol, if of course he does , as until then he can't be helped successfully. I know 2 People who both worked for big companies one of whom is now unfortunately dead , both had drink problems one admitted at a disciplinary for poor attendance that he had a problem and the company assisted him in every way possible 20 years down the line he still works for them with a company car final salary pension etc and more importantly is still off the booze and when I speak to him he always says if it wasn't for the ongoing support from the company he'd probably be dead. The guy who sadly died worked for a different company and had the same support available to him he wouldn't admit his problem ended up getting sacked and lost everything. Pride isn't always what it's cracked up to be Edited March 18, 2015 by Triple.H.

Ghostwalker
At the press conference yday it was said that Antonio is seeing a psychologist at a centre for people with this kindof addictions (beroendecentrum), at the university hospital in Örebro. This is a part of his contract with Indianerna. It was also said that Indianerna won't take any further actions against him and that he likely will be riding as usual. However he is very likely to get a trial for this and a prison sentence is a probability. For severe drunk driving (grovt rattfylleri, above 1.0 promille) the he maximum sentence is two years.http://www.sydnarkenytt.se/sydnarke/artikel/speedway-antonio-far-stoed#.VQqA-cq3MpF Edited March 19, 2015 by Ghostwalker
