Paulco
After last week's individual nonsense , it's back to proper speedway this Sunday as we welcome the Bandits . With James Wright calling it a day and Harley Horwood going back home , it's a big Ashfield welcome to our new Tigers , Andre Compton and Jonas Raun . How we will line up is a mystery , but Joey Ringwood should be fit and drops to reserve . Berwick will obviously fancy joining the recent list of winning teams at Ashfield , and with the likes of Eddie Kennett , Kozza Smith , Robin Aspregen , Bellend and the lively reserve Nikki Barrett , this will be a cracking encounter . Weeyin
Should be a cracker indeed, with hopefully the Tigers getting the win. Thankfully Henning seems to have got over his recent slump and is getting some points, Joe Screen has been holding the team together and will do the Biz, just needs to get his first heat sorted...James G has had a difficult few weeks and it is very unusual for him not to be winning heats, so fingers crossed he has put that behind him and is back on winning ways.. Joe Jacobs and Joey Ringwood ...cant fault them for effort, sometimes gets into difficulty as trying to hard and the newboys ...looking forward to seeing how they go....let's face it ..things can only get better !!
DSC67
Both teams are in need of wins so it should be a decent meeting , hopefully the weather will behave and the match will go ahead . I should make it through for this one after missing their meeting earlier in the season.

I should make it through for this one after missing their meeting earlier in the season. Last one was a very decent meeting , which might have gone Berwick's way had the unfortunate Ricky Ashworth not crashed out of the meeting ( and i'm beginning to think the season ) Glasgow's team changes are very interesting and have the potential to make us a lot more competative . Berwick have more than a couple of riders who have shown a liking for the Ashfield shale in the past . Impossible to predict who might prevail tomorrow . BRITISHSPEEDPOWER
Nicki Barrett could be the match winner for Berwick, brilliant around Ashfield. Two pretty evenly matched teams it seems, hard one to call. Lets hope we see some good racing
george.m
Hope the Bandits bring as big a travelling support as last time. I'm assuming they'll be paying their own bus fares this time?

Paulco
Ah well , surely Berwick will be able to call up a decent guest . Along the lines of Son of God or Edinburgh's GP superstar

Dietbowers
Ah,cheers for the info...do you reckon you saw enough of him to say he`s worth another go next season?
Paulco
Ah,cheers for the info...do you reckon you saw enough of him to say he`s worth another go next season? He's competative when he gates , forget about him when he doesn't . His away form was pretty awful . He looked a lot quicker that day he crashed against Workington , but i'm really not sure that he'll be back or not .

Paulco
Line up - Bager at No 2, Compton at 3, Ruan at 4? I was hoping for Compton at 4 , his experience could be vital in a heat 14 of a tight meeting
george.m
I was hoping for Compton at 4 , his experience could be vital in a heat 14 of a tight meeting  Wondered about that myself Paul and we have the same issue in heat 12. Having the same boys riding together at 3 and 4 could also be a gamble. For me Screeny has to stay at 1, so that we don't run the risk of sucking the hind one. James has to stay at 5 for heat 13. Ruan could go in at 2, with Bager going to 3 or 4 as he has experience of our reserves riding styles already. Could be interesting him and Joey riding together! jrs
More bad luck for Berwick, Barrett on his way to hospital, Smith withdrawn tonight and Kennett's SGP qualifier postponed until tomorrow. What was promising to be a close encounter is now going to have to rely on being able to get guests at short notice that can still make it interesting. Mr Blobby
Glasgow's OAP Tigers v the berwick bandits  Got to fancy the bandits for this one they old tiggers won't be able to last 15 heats.
