Steve55
Â Having seen the line ups for tonight at SHEFFIELD i notice that Jordon Tyre is not included just when will this man ride in a meeting he just seems to practice but never races, just what is going on with him/ If you've ever seen Jordan Tyrer ride competitively you'll know why he seems to just practice! Nice lad, who's got the b*lls to get out there and do it, but have to say the guy's a liability in competitive racing! Saw him do 'the wall of death' on the home straight fence two or three years ago, just don't know how he got himself in that unlikely position. He was named as the official number 8 in that great team of last year, but he was no where to be seen after that. Seem to think he got injured practicing at another track. Â i LIKE SMOLINSKI, WE NEED RIDER FOR ADD 10/12 PTS SURE, SAME STEADY I'd also like to see Martin Smolinski doubling up with Sheffield, he was brilliant in the first meeting of the year at Owlerton and has continued in that form since then.Unfortunately won't his new Elite league average take him out of our reach? Charlieboy
one possible replacement for steady I would like to see would be adam skornicki doubling up with us, a good racer and entertainer. Think you can only have 1 double up rider from a club and weve got ricky wells.Smolinski would do a job if he fits.
StevePark
Think you can only have 1 double up rider from a club and weve got ricky wells.Smolinski would do a job if he fits. Â So what is the situatiion regarding, say, Newcastle? Richie Worrall, Stu Robson and Ludvig Lindgren are all riding in the EL! Â As far as the Steady situation is concerned (Get well soon), as has already been pointed out, they can go with guests for the rest of the season if they want, but bringing in guests every week can be costly, for a start, and isn't the ideal situation (according to many of those who've had to do it in the past), so perhaps a new number 1 may be the way to go. Who that will be is anyones guess. Â Ricky Ashworth seems the obvious choice (although I've no idea how fit/close to fit he is), if he's not going to go back into the Berwick line-up, but would he want to go back to Owlerton? Django
I think his point is you can only have one rider from one club, ie they already have Ricky Wells from Wolves so couldn't have another Wolves rider

Right! Misunderstood! Don't really follow the EL, so don't really know who rides for who! Only follow the Diamonds riders when they ride in it! Pinny
Would try a replacement guests never work all the time i remember when Wato used to be missing for us for large spells through injury we had the pick of the pl basically yet some top riders would let you down as well as sometimes not being available i remember when he was a nigh on ten pointer we had the likes of trent leverington and theo pijper guesting for him! Â Would do everythin possible to sign a replacement
Arson fire
Â Â Charlieboy was referring to a suggestion of Skornicki, who rides for Wolves like Wells oh well, wolves have wells, lindgren and proctor doubling up so think that's there lot. Steve55
Seen in local press today that Hoggy has stated that they will be looking for a replacement for Simon, but that they are in no rush to make a decision on who that will be. From what he has said Simons leg and ankle are both broken and a specialist surgeon is to be engaged to operate on him. He's now back in Sheffield and I'm sure everyone will join me in sending best wishes for a full and swift recovery.
active
Well on a different note if Simon reads these posts the sugen to do the job is a guy in sheffield Simon Royston Top man in hios game and works out of Northan General
Charlieboy
Charlieboy was referring to a suggestion of Skornicki, who rides for Wolves like Wells Thanks that's exactly what I meant.Smolinski would be ideal for me,cant see it happening tho even if averages allow. Not going to be easy choice. LagutaRacingFan
What about Dakota North? Â Could be an option and has been in fine form in the Elite League and is looking for extra league meetings.
crescent girl
I think that when (or if) Ricky Ashworth is declared fit he will resume riding for Berwick and Eddie Kennett will return to full-time EL duty with Swindon. Â Â

Marcelle
North is no replacement for Steady, unless they totally re vamp the team.
proud panther
North only scored 6 from 6 rides for Leicester last night, so no match for Steady.
