screm
With Dakota Norths EL team also riding on a Thursday, theres very little sense in him signing for Sheffield, not of course unless he gets dropped by Peterborough.
Marcelle
Looks like another write off season cos I cant see us beating Newcastle in the league cup semi,we might scrape a win at Owlerton but we'll get Mullered at ROUGH park.(and that would have been with Steady) Edited June 29, 2013 by Marcelle

Gavan
What about Dakota North? Â Could be an option and has been in fine form in the Elite League and is looking for extra league meetings. they got about 9 points to play with not 5 or 6 which is what North would average. romans lovechild
I believe neil will come to our rescue with a good replacement for steady, there are not too many ready made replacements out there for a PL number one. Charlie gjedde springs to mind, cannot think of anymore, unless lewis bridger fancies a go at doubling up. doubling upj wwmjju
active
How about Kevin Wolbert he goes well round sheffield
KevL
Gjedde and Bridger wouldn't get round Sheffield,

Just cant see it this year Arson, we never seem to all click as a team this season, injuries havent helped but every team gets injuries so thats no excuse, hope I'm proved wrong but cant see it. spin king
Rumour or Fact?  I would say rumour.
screm
looks like ricky ashworth on his way back  If or when Ashworth is fit enough to resume racing then it will be for Berwick.
Normski
Would expect that to happen but Berwick not saying much on the situation cant see it being the next few weeks so if Ricky is fit to ride might be nearer august unless he rides elsewhere
tyretrax
I would say rumour. Â That's a fact.

OdsalBoy
Wolbert & Kling are the names ive heard thrown around.
greyhoundp
What average would Nicolai Klindt come in on ?, he is a rider with tons of ability, but is seriously lacking in confidence right now, would be a much better option than Kling, and if he were to regain that lost confidence, you would have a serious points scorer there, and right now he would have plenty of time to settle in. spin king
Has the 'Rickster' anything to say on this matter, after all he knows best? Â Berwick have stated that Edward Kennett is a temporary replacement for Ricky, and when Ricky is ready to return his place is open to him. Â Ricky is as far as I am aware is very happy happy at Berwick. Â I would be very surprised if he was fit and to be an option, but never say never. Â But I think if he was fit Berwick is where he would be riding.
Steve55
Don't doubt that at all Spinny, just thought we might get to know, from the horses mouth as it were, when Ricky might be coming back. Be good to see him on track again where ever he might be racing. Â On the Klindt versus Kling issue, I'm sure Klindt would probably be the better bet if they were both 'on form', remember Nicolai guesting at Stoke against us a few years ago, riding at 1. Made us look very ordinary that Saturday evening as I remember, when they had to have a delay for the sun, which was in the riders eyes at the start line. Reminded of that during the Berwick meeting when we had a break cos of the sun being low, going into the third bend. Â Just wondering who's going to be guesting on Thursday, need a big win if we're going to stand any chance, cos we'll no doubt get a pasting up at Brough.
