bandits 13
Have heard that Kus is not riding for 5 weeks so not sure on Redcar team but the Berwick team is 1 Edward Kennett 2 David Bellego 3 Robin Aspegren 4 Matthew Wethers 5 Kozza Smith 6 Paul Starke 7 Nicki Barrett
boz
Not sure what to think approaching this meeting - we are certainly on a good run at the moment and confidence is high. Would be confident of a Bears win, although can see Berwick putting up a good fight. I think we have the edge at reserve, with Wilko putting in some decent scores and Max slowly getting back up to speed. A big factor will be how Kennett takes to the track. He could either go unbeaten or score 6. Our top end has been going well though, so should be capable of taking the fight to him. Will go for a 8 point Bears win, and hopefully a cracking meeting. mrmiddlesbrough
The weather could be the winner tonite as its forcast rain at 7pm, we've had a few spits n spots already today but nothing heavy as yet
BRITISHSPEEDPOWER
Fancy a point from this match. Bellego was flying in France last sunday. Berwick have the riders to perform at Redcar, however the loss of Kus may make the Bears stronger.
BigRackBandit
Didn't even know we are riding Redcar tonight until 10 minutes ago. Yeah the Berwick fixture list this season is very lopsided for whatever reason the Home fixtures especially .

screm
Yeah the Berwick fixture list this season is very lopsided for whatever reason the Home fixtures especially . Not getting to the latter stages of the League Cup didnt help, nor did the fact the Redcar put us out of the KOC.But your right, the last month or so has slow slow stop slow. Berwicks search for away victories or points takes us to Redcar,we live in hope.
havenagotahope
Well any points from Redcar are going to require a miracle. Sadly season all but over note last home meeting at the end of August shortest season ever.😱😱 Edited June 20, 2013 by havenagotahope
emilali
Garbage as usual from Berwick. I would bin Barret and Aspegren, both been pathetic most of the season.
havenagotahope
Unfortunately caught up again in the numbers game if we bin Barrett and Aspergren they need replaced by 4 pointers. Mistakes were made at start of season with not taking Dyer the points he scored at the start of the season we would be near the top of the league. Never mind there's the under 21's to look forward too and those pies

boz
Fair play to all 13 riders tonight, started to rain about 7:20 and never stopped all night. Conditions deteriorated through the night but all riders gave it a go. Bears looked very solid throughout, no real weak link. Ulrich was superb after a duff first ride, really attacked the track and pulled off a superb ride to beat the very fast Kennet. Backed up well by pretty much everyone, Wilko had great meeting and Dilger was looking back on form. For bandits Kennet looked untouchable. Bellego had a good meeting along with wethers. Disappointed in aspegren. Hard to judge on the conditions though. Bears looking very solid though, next week v Worky should be a cracker. cheekycobra
The weather aside, this was a great meeting. credit to all riders for giving it a go. Seeing riders riding the very top of the banking on 3 and 4 in those conditions was spectacular.
Catch Me If You Can
Garbage as usual from Berwick. I would bin Barret and Aspegren, both been pathetic most of the season. Think problem you have is where to get riders to replace others! Glasgow have had same worry and riders are all fully committed at this time of season. Not at last night but Smith and Aspegren points poor.

Glasgow have had same worry and riders are all fully committed at this time of season. Not at last night but Smith and Aspegren points poor. Smith has been generally decent this season considering the bad injury he was returning from. Aspegren has been woeful, just need to look at what he scores in Sweden to see where his priorities are, bin him now in my opinion. Barret another one been generally disappointing with the odd good score.
