Only 5 for me by mid June. That's gotta be a record for me... mikec
Away win...next Haha great post - stinging pessimism with a strong dash of realism! Never realised being a Rockets fan was so similar to being an Aces fan in recent years. Hopefully young Garrity will be back for your mob soon. Ben91
Can't make it, think we're gonna be taken to the cleaners. Shame I'll be missing Robbo round Rye again, how we could do with him now.
Paul
Yes can only see a home defeat here. Like so many others only been to rye a .few times this year. It's very easy to get out of the habit as well. I've got to have the annual bath on Saturday when Newcastle come to take league points so I may do that Saturday evening or shall I go to rye? Like I say really have got out of the habit,

Like I say really have got out of the habit, Therein lies the problem Paul. I know if at least a dozen regulars who stood by us that never or very rarely come to Rye anymore. In fact they're lost to speedway altogether. Not all to do with the poor results, there's the economics of it too. I hardly see any of the 50 or so that used to travel on the away tour coaches in the mid 2000's. Crowds of over 1,000 were the norm at Rye, now you're lucky to get half that. This has got to impact on the teams budget, so it's becoming a vicious circle that can only end one way Edited June 16, 2013 by Shadders
Phil Silvers
Yesterday would have been only my second visit this year. With a bit of luck and no rain I should get to this one

Maybe it was the garlic, onion and haloumi curry odour that put them off

Rocket Robbo
I suspect they'll not be a desperate effort to get this meeting on Of course it's the final of "The Voice" on BBC 1 as well. Remember the X Factor excuse a few years back. It was said during the week that we could be getting Summers like this for the next five years. I hope Len didn't see that, very worrying. It's more than likely the terrible form we're in at the moment and where the next win is coming from. Take a look at our next few fixtures. Home to Newcastle and Somerset, away to Newcastle, then a trip to rejuvinated Plymouth before facing Redcar away in the KOC... Bloody hell!!!
