Newcastle V Edinburgh (plkoc) 16/6/13 @ 6.30pm

Recommended Posts

Tomorrow sees the return leg of the quater final between the diamonds and the monarchs with the diamonds taking a 1 point lead into their home leg of the tie.

Newcastle look favourites for this one but you never know anything can happen. The diamonds will be lining up with the same 7 as Friday the monarchs will have James Sargeant as a guest for Mitchell Davey but Wee Joe Tabaka will more than likely be missing for tomorrows match after another big of today this time in Hungary and has a suspected broken foot (get well soon Joe).

Edit: Tabaka has broken toes and concussion form Fridays match rode today and crashed again. God knows what actually wrong with him but we do no that he won't be there tomorrow as he is out for 3 weeks.

Diamonds to win this one by 14 against a wounded monarchs side.

The likely line ups for tomorrow:

Newcastle Diamonds

  1. Stuart Robson
  2. Andrew Tully
  3. Christian Henry
  4. Ludvig Lindgren
  5. Ritchie Worrall
  6. Steve Worrall
  7. Lewis Kerr

Edinburgh Monarchs

  1. Craig Cook
  2. Derek Sneddon
  3. Claus Vissing
  4. Joe Tabaka R/R
  5. Theo Pijper
  6. James Sargeant (guest)
  7. Max Fricke

My plan has worked!!!!! Get in there boys fantastic result.

Cookie you my man are different class! Max, claus, theo, Derek you can all take a bow. Against the odds and we have done it even without wee Joe only if he was there would have won by more.

Would love to see the faces of those two Vile Newcastle fans that where there on Friday after heat 15 today! Haha

What a come back, the only times Edinburgh lead on aggregate were after heat 5 today and then after heat 14 and 15. Looks like young Fricke become a bit of a hero in heat 14.

more like...ludvig lindgren what are you doing??

Well done Edinburgh fully deserved.

Cook was phenomenal.

Cook is just a machine these days in PL.

ah I thought barker was good last week but cook was different gravy.... 0.4 off the track record, still Richie should have beat him in 13 but left cook all the track to pass him on last bend.... He makes it look so easy aswell.... He won heat 15 by a country mile.
