Red Panda
To be honest Worrall is fine scoring points at reserve for Kings Lynn however at international level I think not........may be in a year or so's time..........personal thoughts are only use Bomber if Tai is not fit and then add in Cook, King and Auty or Barker.............. Bagpuss
Barker then.......you can't possibly rule Worrall out but Auty in.
jim3751
It doesn't matter how Bomber is performing at the moment it's the international experience and pride that will count in the end. Same with Tai. So Worrall gets a max or 2. It's not International experience. An Elite League reserve is just that - a reserve. He's not even in the main body of his team yet he's being talked up to compete against the likes of Niki, Holder Gollob or even an off form AJ. Barker, Kennett and Bridger over ride with their hearts on their sleeves so blow hot and cold and Cooke is a good steady prospect but still not up to this standard yet. So who does that leave? Scotty doesn't want to know which is a pity so what's this about Schlein's ancestry. I don't agree with this kind of juggling about normally but if a Slovenian can ride for the Czech Republic in the pairs who cares?
Dave_minall
So nobody has picked up on Harris' empty threat of not riding in the WC if he didn't get his own way and be gifted a wild card slot in the GPs?
SCB
To be honest Worrall is fine scoring points at reserve for Kings Lynn however at international level I think not........may be in a year or so's time..........personal thoughts are only use Bomber if Tai is not fit and then add in Cook, King and Auty or Barker.............. RP So if you have number 7 on your back it's easier to beat Holder (twice) and Lindgren than doing it at number 1? He might be at number 7 but the only easier ride that gives him is heat 2, he's averaging 8 at Lynn and has beat Sweden and Australias number 1 riders there. His average with bonus points in the EL is 7. He's within half a point of Barker, Kind and Kennett. He's ahead of Harris using last 6 meetings but he's young and improving at a great rate, next year he shuild be where Cook is now and the year after that Worrall and Cook should be 2 certs with Woffy. To me, is Harris and Woffy are certs, I think Cook should be in then I can see arguements for any of King, Birdger and Worrall. As for the suggestions of Schlein, please! Thats Schlein who is averaging less than Worrall, King, Bridger and Barker int he last 6 meetings and has never done anything internationally and is at an age now where he should be at his peak. If he was a consistent 8+ EL rider Edited June 19, 2013 by SCB

Bonzo
I think Bridger deserves another chance. He is trying hard to get things right this season and has been doing well in Poland. He is also doing some meetings in Denmark. He has a different attitude this year.
Bonzo
Woffinden Harris Bridger Cook
flagrag
I understand that Scott Nicholls has been offered a chance to ride in the World Cup but has decided to stick to his decision and will be working for Eurosport with Sophie Blake. The team I think should be on current form Woofy,Harris,Cook and Barker I feel it may be one year soon for Worrall he could come in if Cook or Barker really struggle at Kings Lynn
Woz01
Cant believe some people dont want Bomber in the team. Yes he hasnt had a great season but he didnt last year either and didnt let GB down. He was brilliant at KL last year. Worrall HAS to be picked at the KL meeting at least, the guy has beaten plenty of top riders around there this season. Id agree that i might change him for Prague unless he has a stormer. Cook at KL will worry me slightly but should still get points as his gating is impressive. In Prague which is known as gate and go he should do well and get a solid score. Tai is Tai he will get double figure scores anywhere. His scores will keep us in the hunt at the race off but i think we will fall short in the end.
Sienna Ryan
Dont envy Neil in having to make this choice Personally I would pick Tai & Harris as both always give everything for team GB. Really wish Nicholls was riding as well Choicing the next two is more difficult Kennett, King, Bridger & Barker all have shown form this year but not always consistantly. Cook & Worrall in best form they have been so know they are capable Think for King's Lynn I would pick Worrall and Cook
topaz325
Harris, Woffinden, Cook and Worrall or Barker..... two or three yeas ago KIng looked like he was going to progress but has stagnated alittle recently.
Welwyn
Tai really should pull out of the World Cup & rest that shoulder. Doubt he will though.
Pinny
Rory effin scheiln?! Oh please. A journeyman 7 point el rider Woffy should be a cert, harris always bangs the points in .. As for the rest id choose cook and worrall
T.N.T.
There's no way I'd pick Worrall. Even as a Stars fan that would be a step to far right now. Let's see what he can dish out in the Stars main body first & could be considered in 2014 when Belle Vue becomes the World Cup track & Worrall's home track too. Presuming that he is at Belle Vue and that they are building the new stadium in time !! Harris, Woffinden, Cook and Worrall or Barker..... two or three yeas ago KIng looked like he was going to progress but has stagnated alittle recently. So King has stagnated ...... But you still pick Bomber ..... How would you describe his last few seasons ? Tai really should pull out of the World Cup & rest that shoulder. Doubt he will though. Depends on Parken and after that, Wolves have one home meeting (8th) and then Poole and Swindon on consecutive nights (10th/11th) before the World Team Cup Tai Woffinden, Chris Harris, Daniel King, Ritchie Worrall with Craig Cook and Edward Kennett next in line. If Tai misses the Kings Lynn meeting, I'm sure he would ride in the play off.

PHILIPRISING
HARRIS, to be fair, has been GB's outstanding performer in recent SWC events, especially at KL, and is hardly a veteran.

I was merely stating the facts. Also Cook may be performing better in the PL this year. But Worrall is basically even with him on EL form.
