Berwick V Dudley (nl Challenge; Saturday June 15th)

I agree that Dudley might have found a seventh rider, even another guest -- it isn't as if the match means anything, other than an entertaining night out for the Berwick customrs.

Will there be any Heathens' followers at Shielfield Park?

no coach or mini bus running as far as I know, but I'm sure a few will go

quite suprised as Dudley normally have good away support in fact Mr Pearson reckoned there could be about 100-150 make the trip up.

Yes there will be a few supporters up there, but you have to consider 1. Its only a challenge match, 2. Its a heck of a long way up there. 3 the weather is going through one of its dodgey spells right now. So yes probably Nigel would be correct were it to be a competitive meeting, but taking the 3 facts above i would be surprised if they reached the figures Nigel mentioned.

Is there anyone going this meeting who would be able to text updates to the updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message including your mobile number.

Thanks

would like to have joined my brother up there but with only four regular riders and r/r and it being a challenge meeting and after being at work this morning and with 5 hours plus either way and the weather and the gp tonite and it being my 28th wedding anniversary decided to give it a miss ;)

Decent if unspectacular meeting tonight where Berwick always seemed to have the upper hand.MOTM was Tamas Sike who was excellent, very eye catching in Ht9 when he went from last to 2nd.Quite impressed with Luke Crang,I think this was the 1st time Ive seen him and I like what I saw.

For Dudley, they were held together as expected by Roynon,Starke and to a lesser extent Worrall, though I was impressed by Nathan Greaves whos efforts deserved more than his 3pts.

I was interested to see the return to racing of Adam Roynon,IMO he is still a fair way away from being a decent scorer at PL level, which is where he was pre-injury,obviously time on track is what he needs so I hope he finds his form very soon.
