NeilWatson
What an absolute farce, whose brilliant idea was it to pick the date for the Fours on WC weekend, This is a PL meeting, programmed on a rest-day in the World Cup programme. In this case a PL rider happens to be in such extreme form that he is picked for a WC team, AND the World Cup meeting is rained-off... Farce? No, just an extremely unlikely combination of circumstances.
Arson fire
What an absolute farce, whose brilliant idea was it to pick the date for the Fours on WC weekend, not really, just shows how lucky you are to have a rider of Doyle's calibre. Cliffeboy
Surely Somerset with Doyle must have been one of the favourites, tough for the Rebels now. I agree , stupid time to run it over the World Cup weekend. With Newman in do we still qualify ?

Brooksy
Real possibility of more Rebel silverware ruined by the weather.......in Poland!! What are the chances...? Can't we have a guest for Doyley? Ostergaard, Screen or even Bech Jensen would do. not really, just shows how lucky you are to have a rider of Doyle's calibre. Great team, great fans, great track. Don't think luck comes into it. Edited July 13, 2013 by Barney Rebel

oldtimer
Was going to drive up to this meeting, to support Rebels, as our coach was cancelled due to lack of support, but won't bother now. Good luck to whoever is in the team but what a farce, Rebels with Doyle had an outstanding chance of winning this. I'm getting more and more disillusioned with Speedway. I suppose if it's rained off and Australia are seeded to the final next Saturday Doyle will miss Rebels away fixture to Workington on 20th?

Mr Blobby
It just shows how much of a state our sport is in when we are talking about having to use guests in a 4TT!!!! WTF is that all about!!!!

Triple.H.
Ashley Birks IMO can go a long way in this sport he can gate, pass and dont mind getting stuck in plus seems to be far more media savvy than most other riders
