Mr Ore
Mr Ore - Your posts are no good for anyone who has to go to Specsavers. Depends on what they have been doing to make them go to Specsavers!!! I hear that Richard has Metrosexual appeal but that would be out of order to do that while reading my posts about him . BigDave1
Any updates on Jack Kingstons fitness after his big 'off' on Monday? On the Kent CTA Kings website http://www.kentkings...e/20130606.html it states could be out for two weeks. So it will be interesting to see who the management will use as a guest to cover Jacks absence. The meetings he will miss i assume are;- Buxton, Home on 10th. Coventry, Away on 14th. Mildenhall, Away on 16th. Rye House, Home on 17th. I.O.W Away, on 18th. Maybe we could use Robert Lambert or Adam Ellis as they are both 3.00 average riders and would fit the bill. Guest
A guest for Kingston? In what is to all intents and purposes a training league. The mind just boggles at what happens in speedway these days. Edited June 6, 2013 by Guest

Parsloes 1928 nearly
They are both also in a declared 1-7 so I believe that is against the rules Hmm, yes i suppose it is - though our own Adam was able to be drafted in by KL when they were short at Dudley so clearly not a hard and fast rule..? Great Central
Hmm, yes i suppose it is - though our own Adam was able to be drafted in by KL when they were short at Dudley so clearly not a hard and fast rule..? Adam guested for a rider in the main body of the team under Rule 18.2.3 .c. Two abscences in the 2 - 5 can be covered by a R/R and a guest so clearly there are hard and fast rules. Not many I agree!! adz_mft
But wasn't Brendan also a guest in the YS team that evening at Monmore Green..?! Correct. They were actually missing 3 riders (Worrall,Kerr,Mallett) out of the top 5 so are allowed 2 guests and r/r.Hence Johnson,Kirby and r/r being used
Jonny the spud
Adam Ellis guested for mildenhall two weeks ago (scoring 12i think) but not sure of the circumstances.

They can have a No.1 guest all through the season just so long as the named no.1 has had 1 ride...........Or so I believe Edited June 7, 2013 by TMW
SCB
I didnt think Robert Lambert was in Kings Lynns team and just helping out. So cold he not just hep out Kent? Maybe thats why he's not signed for a team, this way he can help out any team he like as and when he wants without any commitment.

Maybe he could create a speedway record as the rider who rode for the most teams in a season!

Maybe thats why he's not signed for a team, this way he can help out any team he like as and when he wants without any commitment. You can bet there is some rule against it,even though it seems a sound idea. But there has been a statement out to stifle the rumours, even though what was stated came direct from Robert himself. But King's Lynn have now stated that Robert will be with them for the rest of the season.....when he can make it.And is too young to sign for anyone as an asset anyway, but if it had have all been sorted out before he made his continental commitments he would have been riding all season for Lynn.Which comes a something of a puzzle to me why Lynn didn't get him in the team early enough as they must surely have known of his potential last season. But hey ho, we will see.Just hope no more statements come out that will upset the lad and his family as i remember when i met them that something in the Star from Phil Morris seemed to have really upset them.More care needs to be taken when writing these things i think Edited June 8, 2013 by iris123
TMW
There is a rule he is declared in a 1-7 regardless of his intentions but there is nothing stopping him guesting as a no1 for anybody, but would anyone have to give permission for that?. He could have gone on the 3 pointer guest list I suppose which would have allowed it Maybe they should scrap that rule and he should just guest for which ever team is riding against the IOW. Joking apart good luck to the Lambert family who have clearly invested tremendous amount.t of time and money into Roberts future :-) Edited June 8, 2013 by TMW
gaptooth
Paul and Helen were clearly no mugs when they took Robert over to Germany. He has come back more than twice the rider. Fair play to all of the Lambert Family.
