Triple.H.
Why dont you contact Watchdog with your tale of woe i wouldnt mind betting they have a very thick file on Ticketmasters world leading customer service. You could be the person to bring the w*****s into line and for that everyone who has ever suffered their shoddy service would thank you.
TheSmiler
I had a similar problem when I took my best friend to see Justin Bieber in February. I spend £150 on tickets and they didn't turn up and all I got over the phone was "Oh well, we'll just get you some duplicates for when you arrive at the venue". I then asked "But what if they were delivered elsewhere and someone uses my seats?" and they shoddily responded with "We can't do anything about that I'm afraid". I wrote a MASSIVE letter of complaint and they gave me a £20 gift card as compensation. Thankfully nobody took our seats but their service is awful. I hope everyone gets everything sorted. I very nearly booked with them too. Adam.
2ndbendbeerhut
I'm clearly not alone! Sorry to hear that there are many people in the same boat as me and the other 9 in my party. Looks like an interesting night is in store for me trying to phone Customer Services. Their phone no is 08444 999 999 if that helps anyone. Any positive news of tickets finally arriving would be comforting but I won't hold my breath. Instead of the 0844 number, there is a landline number 0161 3851420 or 0161 3851138, Which is already here..... I might just do that when the dust settles.

Ommer Mon
Well I've had my phone call from Ticketmaster. In fact I've had two of them!! My tickets weren't in the post after all, in spite of all the messages on the phone line and website. The truth is that they never received my tickets for distribution and they have now arranged for me to pick them up at the Stadium Box Office on the day. I hope that others waiting will be luckier than me. If you are still waiting it may be worth a call to get them to make sure, through their tracking system, that they are on the way. Best of luck (or failing that see you in the queue!!) Ommer Mon

Ommer Mon
I can't wrap this up without a note on the outcome. We picked our tickets up on the morning but guess what happened when we got to our seats. Yep, as predicted earlier in the thread, there were people sitting in them!! Ticketmaster had clearly double booked them. the stewards were very helpful in resolving it and we got to our places just in time for Heat 1 after a 20 minute wait. I have sent Ticketmaster a suitable email thanking them for their 'world class service'and, as Triple H suggested, threatening them with watchdog unless we get some compensation. I note the tickets for next year are on sale today and I don't think Ticket master are included as Agents. If that's the case - well done BSI!!!! We had a similar issue in year 1. booked a family ticket +1. Never got the tickets, kept calling up and eventually had to collect them on the day. Predicting what had happened we got in early to make sure that if they had double booked we got the seats we had booked (front row of middle tier). You've guessed it, a family turned up wanting to sit in our seats and had tickets for the seats. Would not use Ticketmaster if my life depended on it and would prefer to go without. A ORLOV
Ticketmaster have been mentioned on television in the past for their crap service. If people sending emails of complaint copied them to Monster and BSI, who may have no idea how bad this organisation is., some action may be taken. The answer is to purchase tickets from anybody other than Ticketmaster. Edited June 4, 2013 by A ORLOV
chris4gillian
I must confess to having had a similar situation to those above a few years ago after buying tickets from Ticketmaster. They never arrived and I had to collect reprints on the day from a ticket office nearby. I had a suspicion that they were going to end up in the hands of a tout... and low and behold when we got to our seats, a young couple were already sat in them! We then explained things to a steward who requested the couple show us their tickets - and sure enough they had my name on them which proved that they were the original tickets which had be 'sent' to me by Ticketmaster weeks before! To be fair the couple did fess up and say they bought them from a tout outside the staduium so they were duly ejected. My theory about Ticketmaster is that somebody at the company who is supposed to 'post' the tickets out grabs a handful or two for themself to sell on to anyone who will buy them thus making a quick buck. I'm just glad Seetickets are now used as they send their tickets by registered post and need a signature which matches the name on the order upon delivery or they are not received. Ticketmaster, I hope you are reading this as you are a complete joke!
Paragon
My tickets came from See Tickets and were sent Royal Mail second class so I did not have to sign for them. In previous years they have used a courior who had to take a picture of your house as well as obtaining a signature. I suppose they have tried to keep the cost down as much as possible this year. rob tatum
Sorry Seetickets don't need a signature I had some tickets this morning and sent 2 nd class.
chris4gillian
Sorry Seetickets don't need a signature I had some tickets this morning and sent 2 nd class. Ours always have! If somebody is not home, they come back and re-deliver and get them signed for. Never had tickets from them any other way.
