Plymouth V Leicester

In the light of complete apathy for this meeting, unless my eyes decieve me!!!!! thought I would post as it starts in 3 hours. Reports are; weather forecast is good and Lions fans making the trip seem to be in high spirits. lets hope they get a good meeting for their efforts

I don't think there was ever any concern about the weather for this one but I am about half a mile from the track and it is bright sunshine.

Seen two last heat deciders in the last two days and I think I will see another with devils taking two points. Should be a cracker at one of my favourite tracks.

Hammering it down in Leicester!

I think Graversen seems to goes well here. Never been but I can picture him gating and getting that left leg out blocking. Niemenen and Karlsson should do OK but i'm not sure Doolan or Bjerre will quite have the gating to score big all night. Edberg and Branford both look like they have the style to struggle a bit around such a mini track. so i'm going with a 4 point defeat

Take it from me, Plymouth is anything but a gaters paradise. If you attack the track you can pass anywhere. George English said it is like a mini Sheffield and he's right, but you get the bonus of some very hairy first corners as well.

Well so far they have as they got 2 x 5-1's in their opening 2 heats so they proved u wrong

Well, there is still time!

surely i'm more wronger with regards to Graversen, if wronger is a word. 4 rides, beaten no one. Is there a rider with more contrasting home and away form, I thought this was one of his favourite tracks. A modern day Kevin Price no less..

In fact a fairly dismal prediction all round. Well done to our high scoring reserves also. To all you haters & doubters, 'up yours' they said. Bugger, wrong thread.

Two 4point away wins in a week!Fantastic win for the Lions against a poor Plymouth. I thought Leicester may be in with a slim chance tonight but I didn't bank on this kind of score

Happy Days. Same again tomorrow lads.

Much deserved Leicester win. Sadly Plymouth are in disarray and what looked to me like a decent team simply is nowhere near as good as it should be and team changes are inevitable. Ironically the much maligned Kling was man of the match, not unreasonably so.

when your luck is down it's down, and Plymouth were victims of a shocking refereeing decision in heat 12 when Edberg took Kurtz off.

Absolute shambles.....again.

The first change Id make would be to get rid of Team Manager Trigger.

Appalling record in charge. He's the one who selected the riders. His pre season boast that 'this team will not bee beaten at home all season' should now read 'You may get to see us win at home again before the end of the season'.

Easy to blame riders, as I've been very critical of Kling in particular. Last night was the best I've seen him in a Devils race jacket, even though he should have been excluded for brining Kurtz down in Ht8.Maybe he is aware that he might be dropped and was desperate to put on a show?

Agree a shocking decision also regarding Edberg and Kurtz. Fair play to Josh for a superb effort as a guest. You Sir are welcome back anytime.

Otherwise it was an easy away win for the Lions. Well done to them and another easy win tonight against a Devils squad in total disarray

Poor crowd and very quiet. A few around me considering whether to go again.

Plymouth fans keep supporting your team no matter who's riding, results aren't what they should be but you have a speedway team, here in Exeter we would like to be in your shoes.

we will mate i think there is one or two posters on here that seem to revel in the devils failing, such as"opinionated" i think he maybe something to do with the previous regime, but i reckon he will be eating his words by the end of the season!
