GoldenGauntlet
The reserves only include programmed rides to qualify for heat 15. Anderson and Kurtz both had 8, the same as Gathercole. Bonus points are also included for qualification for Heat 15 putting Gathercole outside the top 3 scorers.

TMW
To unconfuse you Tina. Speedway is generally thought of as a sport whose entertainment element is riders taking different lines as they go around corners in order to pass each other or stop others passing. It involves a level of SKILL. Drag racing is a sport where people on very fast bikes (or cars) race down some stupidly long straight bit of road to see who gets down the other end quickest. I was making a point that I can't remember cookie doing a pass. If it did happen, I probably didn't notice because it happened down one of our runways and involved no level of skill. Finally I would have Roynon in any team I watch because of the entertainment value he brings and I'd be watching one of Englands brightest talents on a regular basis. That's just an opinion I have that has nothing to do with Leicester's form over the last week or so. Well you should have said. I didn't realise that overtaking on the straight was,'t classed as passing. It just goes to show what I know. One thing is for certain Cookie gave everyone a masterclass on how to ride BP inside and out.

But you are right, he certainly gave everyone a masterclass of how to ride Bp. Gate, take it easy for 4 laps, flag.
Shadders
Schrammy great bloke, buts its points that are needed Schramm suffers from having poor racing equipment. I'd be interested to see how he goes on decent bikes

You said he could have done a donought and still hit the front by overtaking on the straights and i'll say it again.......You either can overtake or you can't you can't have it both ways to suit your argument I'm guessing you are at the very least an ex GP rider you seem to have a handle on what it takes to ride a bike. So on that basis i'll take your word for the take it easy intimation :-) Edited May 26, 2013 by TMW

Only in the same way as Bjerre up against someone like your son would be fun should Bjerre miss the gate i.e it wouldn't really be fun because they are a different class of rider. Just out of interest, out of 10 how you have scored last night for entertainemnet and value for money

stevethelion
Roynon should cone back in for bjerre, hes completely stalled this season I'd put Roynon in for Nieminen, this would give an extra 1.10 points to play with, & then use the extra points to replace Graversen, on the current averages, we would have 6.56 to play with. It may seem harsh on those pair but neither are on top form, Kauko hasn't exactly been banging in the double figure scores at home you expect from your no.1 & Graversen always poor away from home has now started to struggle at home too.I know this would leave Doolan as no.1 but i'm sure Roynan would soon replace him if he returns on anything like his form from last season.Don't know who we could get on a 6.56 average but someone like Claes Nedermark or Sanchez would be around that figure. I think this would give more overall strength.

At last we agree on something :party:You could probably even give him a 15 mtr handicap for added entertainment !!!!!!!! Just out of interest, out of 10 how you have scored last night for entertainemnet and value for money I always enjoy myself !!!! I'm just that kind of person .

All relative Long Eye, all relative... was it one of many excellent passes that once again proved BP to be anything but a gaters paradise by any chance? It was a bit dull last night racing wise. Hopefully the closeness of the scores kept it interesting for the fans.
greyhoundp
Schramm suffers from having poor racing equipment. I'd be interested to see how he goes on decent bikes Shadders, i take your point, but there are a few riders who would like better equipment, so its still valid that points are whats needed, and when a team is stuggling, every point counts, you know your own Steve Boxhall only has 1 bike, but it certainly motors. wandersome
Roynon should cone back in for bjerre, hes completely stalled this season do you ever visit Leicester? Bjerre has been the only rider who has looked remotely likely to overtake anyone all season!
Najjer
Schramm suffers from having poor racing equipment. I'd be interested to see how he goes on decent bikes This excuse has come up for Schramm for about the past 3 years now, and we're told at the start of every year "he's invested heavily in much better equipment". So, lets be honest and say he isn't up to being in the main body of a Premier League side anymore.
flagrag
It will be interesting now that Bjerre has a Polish contract how committed he is to Leicester hopefully he doesn't start missing meetings or the club demand he is out there Saturdays for practice. If so it may be Roynon for Bjerre
Skodaman
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the presence of Colin Meredith at BP last Saturday.
lionstigersnotbearsohmy
As for the lack of racing at Leicester it was noticeable at Hoddesdon yesterday that, despite the usual sunny afternoon meeting problems with getting moisture into the track, there was far more on track entertainment. However on the relevant thread many posters thought the track was awful.....

Our original track curator. what was he there for? Can anyone remind me why he was replaced prior to us actually opening in 2011?
