lionking
Could be a close match as always when Plymouth visit JRSS . But i think Leicesters strength in depth will show to claims all 3 points but only just. Plymouth key man = Todd Kurtz TEAMS LEICESTER 1. Kauko Nieminen 2. Jan Graversen 3. Lasse Bjerre 4. Kevin Doolan 5. Magnus Karlsson 6. Robert Branford 7. Alex Edberg PLYMOUTH 1. Craig Cook (guest) 2. Ricky Kling 3. Chris Schramm 4. Cory Gathercole 5. Mark Lemon 6. Jake Anderson 7. Todd Kurtz
bornagainlion
Good choice of guest. But an easy win for the Lions by 12pts. A win tonight too. Come on you Lions. Something the Lions havent been able to achieve in previous seasons visits to the SBA! so despite Plymouth being rock bottom I don't think it will be that easy, agreed that even with Cookie as guest the Lions should find things easier at BP though. TMW
Well it wont be for the lack of confidence after last weekend. Should be a good evening if the forecast is to be believed
lionheart
Despite a first class guest in the form of Craig Cooke, after last night showing at Plymouth this should be a walk over for the Lions. However, the Lions have a habit of making the easy look very difficult. I go for a Lions win of about 15.
wandersome
I think a big win for Leicester by 25+ even with Craig Cook in the Plymouth team. Hopefully my predicting skill is better than it was yesterday. BTW was Karlsson a short term injury replacement for Roynon and if so does Roynon then have to return in his place when declared fit. I've never seen the rules about this but from what ive read on here previously it seems that short term injury replacements have dispensation to simply be able to to return to the team when fit irrespective of whether his average still fits within the limits but by the same token i would guess that if you have used this dispensation then you'd have to use him once declared fit. Or is the whole short term injury replacement thing an urban myth and a figment of my imagination! Not sure it would make any difference to Leicester with the decisions they make either way. 40-38
Boring again, crap racing, crap gating. Edberg looks no better than Nielsen and even Bjerre and Doolan haven't passed anyone yet!
wandersome
Nightshift, hope you kept your 15 quid in your pocket tonight as 7 heats and a complete action by pass so far worst yet! Boring again, crap racing, crap gating. Edberg looks no better than Nielsen and even Bjerre and Doolan haven't passed anyone yet! Jinx! Popple's new rider nicknames may be the most interesting thing that's happened so far!! At least a cup of tea is on its way
40-38
Too right. At least it's a nice evening on the back straight. Two passes inheat 9 though, no doubt proof it's not that bad and I should just be happy to be here...

40-38
From memory Lemon must be the worst heat leader ever at Bp though He really doesn't go well here at all. Kling hasn't completed a race yet has he?
noggin
At this rate Kling will be in the NL.
Glennylion
Craig Cook. Different class, Would have liked to have seen what he can do when coming from behind but different class. Can someone explain the heat 15 situation with Gathercole. He had the same points as Anderson so why no allowed in Heat 15?

lionheart
Lions did their utmost to lose this one. I hope there are a few sore a*ses in the Lions camp tonight. They all need a boot up the nether regions
justathought
Nightshift, hope you kept your 15 quid in your pocket tonight as 7 heats and a complete action by pass so far worst yet! Yes I did. Its in the pot for Scunny on Monday & Sheffield on Thursday, might see some passing at one of those tracks.
Al Stewart
Anderson paid 9, Gathercole 8 Once again the appalling heat 15 rule has the exact opposite effect to what's intended. It is meant to ensure that teams field their strongest pair and here it has prevented Plymouth from doing that.
wandersome
Thought Andersen looked pretty good tonight though his fall whilst the easiest 2nd in heat 12 cost them dearly in the end. I remember seeing him having a torrid time for Birmingham a few years back but then seeing him in a NL meeting, at Weymouth i think, and he looked really promising. Looks like he might finally be getting there about 3 or 4 years late. The entertainment on track tonight was as bad as it gets. I think the crowd looked pretty disheartened by it all as well though i don't suppose the Lions having forgot their gating boots helped. Hemsley was stomping around the pits for most the night. Maybe if he altered the track it wouldn't need to worry so much as Nieminen might then have a chance of passing riders like Jake Andersen. Providing they haven't already had 7 rides.
