greyhoundp
Well, I will chuck my perspective on NL racing. Last season missed only 3 meetings & took in this meeting on Wednesday & I'm retiring from National League spectating. I keep trying to enjoy it but I just can't. I just find the racing scary, apart from the top 2 / 3 riders in the teams the rest just wobble around IMO. The crashes / falls are too regular & after watching PL / EL racing I think most supporters of those clubs would be of the same opinion unless the NL team is of a stand alone status. No more for me. Hmm sorry to read your thoughts on NL racing screamer, i dont see any "wobblers" for The Heathens, yes i do see some for other Teams, i saw Richie Worral, Jason Garrity, Nick Morris, who were far from steady 2 or three seasons ago, now look at them. I presume YOU drive or ride ? think back, what were you like when you began either, a "wobbler" i would hazard a guess. However i do believe being a stand alone status does have a bearing on attendances. Edited May 13, 2013 by greyhoundp

I feel exactly the same re the scariness of NL, as soon as a couple of them get close to one another I have kittens BUT they have to learn and practice makes perfect eh soooooooooo if we can afford it and can get over that onedgessness then at least it helps their careers and us in the long run ...............
Gemini
Must admit I hide behind my programme board a few times when watching N.L. racing at Coventry as they scare me to death. I will still carry on supporting the Storm though and watch them develop over the season.
