topaz325
Workington have a big mountain to climb to claw back the 20 point deficit from the first leg at Ipswich on Thursday night...... Oh well we'll give it a good go!! Will Richard Lawson be fit, will Ben Barker be fit, who will guest for Chris Mills?

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Surely our best options are cook and dyer Perhaps Cook will chose the Witches! Could still be tight. The first 5 heats are crucial. If the Comets get off to a flier (literally in Bachs case - Barbara you shouldve gone to Specsavers) then it will get tense. I fancy the Witches to do enough and stay within 14 to go through. Micky Dyer is guesting tomorrow and Tuesday at Scunthorpe Another ringer to strenthen you up! Then again you need it! If the lads ride like they did last Saturday against Sheffield this is do-able so dont count ya chickens just yet Cookie knows DP very well and Dyer scored heavily for the bears when they were here early season, throw in the Kyle/Rusty pairing , Tero and Rene and wee Ashley will give Ellis a run for his money!! You better believe we won't give up without a fight, Come On Worky boys !!

Jackal
Hope the Witches do not take it for granted with a 20 point lead as Im sure the Comets will come back fighting hard. Brill news to hear Ben is fit to ride. Whats the forecast like in your area Workington fans tomorrow? Its not good here in Suffolk so hopes its better there and should be a very competitive meeting if on.

As I said it could still be close and certainly isnt over.
LagutaRacingFan
Cook scores more round your place than your own no.1! Craig Cook - 8.50 Richard Lawson - 8.64 But keep on posting nonsense.... you do it well As for the meeting, I can see the Comets winning by 25+ as Rene is going to send the WITCHES to the BACH

Mr Blobby
Craig Cook - 8.50 Richard Lawson - 8.64 But keep on posting nonsense.... you do it well As for the meeting, I can see the Comets winning by 25+ as Rene is going to send the WITCHES to the BACH Lawson only has a higher average due to the rolling averages. points form first 6 matches form their programmed rides Lawson (3 home 3 away) - 7, 11, 9, 8, 10, 9 = 54 out of a possible 72 Cook (2 home 4 away) - 11, 11, 11, 10, 10, 9 = 62 out of a possible 72 Clearly shows who is currently the better rider. Minga you seem to of misspelt my name? But OK, see below. Craig Cook - 8.50 Richard Lawson - 8.64 But keep on posting nonsense.... you do it well As for the meeting, I can see the Comets winning by 25+ as Rene is going to send the WITCHES to the BACH And another one? It's all so easy on fishing friday! Anyway, you want facts? Ok Workington v Edinburgh 13/10/2012 1. Richard Lawson - 2 , 3 , T/X , 3 , 1' = 9+1 1. Craig Cook - T/JT , 3 , 3 , 1 , 3 = 10 Fancy another? Ok then: Workington v Edinburgh 12/05/2012 3. Richard Lawson 3,3,0,3,2 = 11 1. Craig Cook 2,4!,3,2',3 = 14+1 I'll leave those with you Minga and Kristina Edited April 26, 2013 by Ipswich Jules
