As far as I'm aware we have EL riders in the line up. Correct me if I'm wrong

Ben Barker - Birmingham

Olly Allen - Coventry

Rohan Tungate - Poole

Dakota North - Peterborough

Josh Auty - Coventry

Adam Ellis - Lakeside

Oh and it's sponsored by ForkRent.

Ok so Im wrong who the sponser is Im gutted :lol: you know as well as I do that your splitting hairs with that list of riders who ride in the premier and only if their available for the elite apart from Dak. As Ive said before, many argue on this forum for arguments sake and you are one :P

Gino Manzares scored 16 points in his last NL level ride last year. Of course its a very tough line up for him in this meeting but good for him to get the shot.

Very true and Ive nothing against any rider from any nation be given a chance, if he looks good sign him on and loan him to a national league track if thats allowed that is, Im sure some very knowledgable person on this forum will say ;)

There are 70 "EL" riders in the 10 "EL" clubs, so who would you have invited tonight?

Thats up to the management (Chris Louis) and not my job!!!

Does this mean jackal won't be going ?

Well thats for me to know ;)

Nope I'm not splitting hairs, those I have listed are EL riders.

Let's be honest here, there would be NO EL without the like of those plus Cook etc, who are not all EL reserves but EL second strings/heat leaders too.

I do not argue for the sake of it, I am just correcting your biased opinion, just this once as to be honest I can't be bothered. :icon_smile_clown:

I can do it if you're still short of someone. Tried sending you a private message but it said 'you couldn't receive any new messages'

Thanks for the offer, Jules has kindly offered to text but just in case he has problems, could you send me your mobile number...I have cleared space now.

Thanks

Of the 70 riders in the EL, 19 are doubling riders..... thats 27%. oh and as Kings Lynn are at Swindon thats only 56 riders to choose from and 7 are at the GP and Davey Watt is currently injured.... choice for EL stars is getting limited! infact only 18 riders in the EL this year are not able to double up/down with the PL

What happened with Dak and Ben?

Heard Dak had him running scared on the track and off it.

Dak took out Barker big time , put him straight into the fence !

It was totally uncalled for as Dak couldn't win the meeting anyway .

In the interview after Barker in not so many words said he would be getting his own back !

Dak should now officially be spelt with an 'i' in the middle rather than an 'a'

On last lap of heat 20 Barker went inside of North going into 1st bend, North cut back and rode into Barker half way down back straight, that could have put him through fence. Think Mark Loram incident but Barker just clattered fence. He then went round North on final corner only to be put into 4th bend fence. North rightly excluded, Barker got up and went looking for North in pits. When interviewed Barker basically said that payback was due in the future. Both moves were blatent and 2nd one possibly worse i've seen in a long time! The sport is dangerous enough as it is without moves like North's tonight. Utterly disgraceful

Thanks for the explanation, I think Dakota was just eager to impress on the night in order to try and catch the attention of some PL promoters but that isn't an explanation or justification for the moves.

Edit: Dakota on twitter has just said that Ben had the chance to turn the throttle off Is that a fair comment from Mr North?

Dakota also had the choice to not put Barker into the fence but didn't take it.

The only thing turned off was Norths brain.
