LagutaRacingFan
You really are a prize plonker when it comes to anything regarding a panthers rider. He meant to do it, he then boasted about it, then obviously didn't have the balls big enough to leave his comments for people to read. Let's hope when payback comes he doesn't get too hurt himself, as you just never know, like he didn't. If he had or has a problem with Barker then do it like a man face to face, not in the cowardly way he did. I refute any suggestion of Dakota going onto that race track to injure or harm Ben Barker. It's a racing incident and things like that happen in Speedway and we should be celebrating the fact that both riders came out of it unscathed rather than unsavory comments. Baldyman
So when he says to garrity I decided to put him through the fence, what do you think he means by that?

Regards We all know you're trolling and I know you waited to speak to me (on Twitter) as to what happened before coming on here and posting the exact opposite - I told you it was deliberate, you the post on here saying it wouldn't of been deliberate. You do this of course to try and inflame situations and provoke people into reactions. The problem you've got though Kris is that many of the people on this thread were there, they saw the incident and some also saw the aftermath in the pits (myself included) - you didn't see or hear any of it first hand so nobody will put any weight in your opinion. Also, it's only by luck that Barker came out unscathed as he hit one of the last airfence panels on the forth bend at a hell of a speed, a few feet further round and he'd of been through the collapsible fence and across the stock car track. Triple.H.
From what i have read about this incident from people who were actually there and the tweeted then deleted post a ban would be well in order, more of a worry is if the local constabulary get involved. Which they surely would if someone made a complaint that could make for some very unwanted publicity for the sport in the media.

He was desperate to hold onto the win and that's why he tried to shut the door on Ben and shutting the door is something that most riders do in Speedway. Baldyman
What win was he trying to hold onto, he was in 2nd way behind the leader, you are just clutching at straws now, and doing not a very good job of it, but you hang in there and keep trying, ya never know you just get something right in the end. Anyway that's enough from me cos you are purposely trying to wind people up now. Just be careful you may end up getting fenced yourself. I have seen riders killed and paralysed at speedway and what north did is inexcusable deliberately setting out to harm a rider and then boast about it. Then again you are a Peterborough moron so wouldn't expect anything else now do us all a favour and get the hell of this forum and leave it to genuine fans who know about the sport. North should get at the least a hefty fine
Shadders
OMD were brilliant at The Regent, and I got to see John Foxx too . Lucky you. Saw John Foxx live a few times in the mid 80's and then again about 5 years ago supporting The Human League. Can't beat the 80's Edited May 3, 2013 by Shadders

How the #### do you know this? what's your sauce? The only thing North was desperate to do (and even then he failed the 1st time) was to put Barker into the fence. If most riders did that week in week out, there wouldn't be any left! As stated by North he tried and finally carried out his objective. Was close to GBH with intent! What was rerun productions view of the incident like? I know you not there Dave but did they catch any of the incident? BluPanther
They have some recent history. Barker has made a few enemies, but the track is not the place to settle scores.
Gavan
They have some recent history. Barker has made a few enemies, but the track is not the place to settle scores. He deliberately tried to fence him twice and succeeded disgusting to then go bragging about it. If he doesn't get fined or banned then the sport needs to look at itself. Barker does have enemy's as an Ipswich fan I know that but if one of my riders did that I would not condone it like some panthers fans who weren't there are! spanner47
The BSPA have got to throw the book at Dak over this. If he's dangerous enough to do this type of thing, then that's bad enough, if he's thick enough to brag about it afterwards then he deserves all he gets. In numerous other sports competitors have been banned for stating the wrong things on twitter, but this is an admission of trying to hurt someone. Surely the BSPA cant turn a blind eye to this. Arch Stanton
What I find equally disturbing is the reports on here that North was congratulated by other riders on his actions!
screm
Should make the next Peterborough v Birmingham meeting a bit tasty, thats of course if North is still in the Panthers team, any more ropey scores and he must be facing the boot. That of course would hasten his return to the PL.
Steve0
Having lost RICO almost a year ago I am absolutely appalled by these actions! Totally disgraceful and it could have resulted in serious injuries or worse and then North would find himself as a defendant in court. Dakota should be banned for the rest of the season!

Dakota's averaging 6.35 in the Elite League and he started on a 3.47 average and judging by Dak's scores in Poland, He is a long way away from the Premier League. I think you just take the contrary position just to be different. It's pretty clear North meant harm to Barker by his reaction after the race in the pits and on Twitter. By all reports North slowed to allow Barker to get closer. Does that sound like someone who was "desperate to hold on for the win?"

Riders have done exactly the same or even worse than Dakota yet they haven't recieved a ban, Never mind some riders portraying the name of speedway in a negative way in the press. We have all done things in the heat of the moment. Edited May 3, 2013 by Jepsen Jensen Fan Club
