Tai Woffinden has boosted his chances of becoming the first Brit to win a World Championship. The Wolverhampton & GP star climbed to third in the rankings after finishing fourth in the European Grand Prix in Poland. But he said “ Its a long season & anything can happen. RP If you dont count Price, Williams, Craven, Collins, Lee, Havelock and Loram he would be the first

scottyfan
Peter Craven,Peter Collins,Michael Lee,Gary Havelock,Mark Loram etc. not exist then in the daily mirror's world??.........even if they are trying to say the first Brit to win a Grand Prix series they would be wrong as that honour belongs to Mark Loram!!!! SCB
First Brit to win a Title in the 2010s? After all Price did it in the 40s, Williams in the 50s, Craven in the 60s, PC in the 70s, Lee in the 80s, Havvy in the 90s and Loram in the 00s. We're only capable of having one rider in each decade win a title, maybe Tai is the next?

We had three titles in the 50s between 2 riders
