msc1874
At risk of being shot down in flames here, told the lad has had his chances etc...I have to say that Charles Wright looked very fast, steady and competitive in the British semi last night. He gated Chris Harris etch, beat the likes of Richard Lawson, Derek Sneddon and Kyle howarth. All decent scalps. Craig Cook commented on twitter to say as much. I am not suggesting Charles is suddenly going to become a PL smash hit, but surely he is a better option than some of the other guys out their. He's British and obviously keen, he is better than a Mitchell Davey etc...just my opinion, think the PL is about giving these guys a ride. And him a chance to prove he's worth it. Yes he's had chances before, but so have countless others.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
I know one club that should be considering giving him a chance. Whether they are or will is a different matter.
msc1874
That's it. Lad is British, keen and could do a better job than some currently in the PL

I'd say so on that showing Edited April 20, 2013 by Shadders

I'd say so on that showing Well pal some would agree with that point, Glasgow are not the only guilty party here. Charles would surely be cheaper to employ in terms of travel, accommodation, visa costs etc...
Arson fire
One half decent meeting don't change anything though, everyone knows Charles level.... They don't know the untried Aussies level until they try them I suppose.

First time I've seen them, so it would be unfair of me to judge them on that showing
Backless
Is there a chance that his mum could buy a set of race suits for Berwick next year? Just wondering…
Redcar Fan
I think the reason Charles Wright isn't at redcar is because he wanted a guareented 3 points.

Roger Jacobs
I know one club that should be considering giving him a chance. Whether they are or will is a different matter. I tweeted back to Cook that Wright should contact Ipswich. Nothing to lose.
