A ORLOV
I didn't even know that Rosco was an Aussie. He was deported, but they would not accept him and sent him back Edited April 22, 2013 by A ORLOV
The White Knight
I think you will find i have never said that i wanted him out orion...as you say that's not a fact, its what you think. I was surprised when he left and somewhat disappointed. My beef with Rosco was that he needed to learn when to keep his mouth shut, because it was becoming embarassing. What i will admit, is that i didn't realise how important he was to speedway in the town. When he left it became painfully obvious. For the record, i am relieved he has returned (i said that before we won the championship) and i have no doubt he will be GB Manager in the not too distant future. We all moan about the demise of TeamGB (horrid name) but these days it is difficult to blame the Team Manager. A Team Manager is only as good as the Riders he can put out on the Track and currently we don't have enough of these for our International Team to shine. Sorry - not the Manager's fault (Middlo) - lack of real talent is the problem.
Bruiser McHuge
I didn't even know that Rosco was an Aussie. James Easter was Aussie manager for years....supposedly.
Starman2006
I didn't even know that Rosco was an Aussie. Yeh, it rubbed off on him years ago when he rode for Poole. He was surrounded by them. I suppose its second nature....
Hackett
Nobody worries too much when football clubs get foreign managers. Rosco is well respected by many of the riders and has links with plenty of the young Aussies already so makes sense. Good luck to him.
robthebuilder
My personal opinion is there is talent coming through in this country with the likes of Craig Cook,Richie Worrall already starting to step up after a short time.I think in five years time or so we will be competitive with Tai leading the way.The other leading countries youth policies are all kicking in now,the Poles were nowhere years ago,the Danes and Swedes have the Junior leagues, that's where we've got to improve with the grass roots support,so as I said I think our young Brits are doing brilliant considering! And who knows in five years time,Rosco may well be leading the helm. Hackett
Worrall and Cook ..... Need to keep tapping the MotoX route .... Worrall has one quality a lot of current Brits haven't - he can gate. Considering only his 2nd year in the sport I've been impressed when I've seen him ride.
SCB
Worrall and Cook ..... Need to keep tapping the MotoX route .... Worrall has one quality a lot of current Brits haven't - he can gate. Considering only his 2nd year in the sport I've been impressed when I've seen him ride. All the riders who come across from moto-x can gate, Worrall, Cook and Lawson. Maybe we need to be stealing the lads after a few years as moto-xers.
