Pinny
Kennett the best in the league? Lol!
CardinalSin
Very disappointed with Kennett. Superb win for Newcastle under strength too! Well done to them they look the team to beat for sure.
JT
Really enjoyed that, nice to see new tracks on television as well. Â Kerr looks like a great prospect and Henry was very impressive. Â Could Kennett be Gjedde MKII? Â JT. Edited May 21, 2013 by JT
Wolfsbane
Eddie Kennett must have thought he was a big fish arriving in a small pool when in fact he was a big fish who's mislaid his black & decker
Bagpuss
Really enjoyed that meeting, well done to Berwick for putting on a good show and to Newcastle for their victory. Â Kennett should be getting a max with his eyes shut in that company. Good to see all the lads with King's Lynn connections doing well
Dornier
Eddie Kennett  Rosco knows what makes him tick...
albyhere
For a young guy to do that at the start of his career, whether on his own, or other's instructions, will stick to him now for good....like mud. Nasty. Not something we want in speedway. He should be hauled up in front of the beaks....whoever the beaks are.
Wolfsbane
Eddie's seen enough of the PL surely? He must know the drill by now
EC Rides Again
Agent Kennett doing a fine job. He should donate his fee tonight back to the supporters. Should be mullering the opposition at this level.
idanthyrsus
If anything, Paul Starke going down seemed to spur on Newcastle. The phrases "Epic Failure" and "Shooting yourself in the foot" spring to mind. Â Nice to hear unequivocal condemnation from Chris Louis though. Wonder what Kelvin would have said.... Â Interesting to hear Richie talking about the atmosphere in the pits being a bit quiet, even at that stage it was still close. Â Not a bad meeting, but unfortunate that easily the best heat of the night in heat 13 was cut short because Kozza went to hot into the slick part of the bend. NJC71
Well I made my feelings known before the meeting. I stand by that to an extent because on paper it was a poor call. But in the end I am so glad it went ahead  That was an absolutely incredible performance from the Diamonds tonight. I loved every minute of it and was proud to be a Diamonds fan watching the riders give 100% in every race. It might not have been a classic for the neutral but for someone emotionally involved it was gripping stuff which had me on the edge of my seat.  We didn’t have much luck with that quite honestly awful decision by Starke to slide off and stay down in heat 11. Paul did a great job for us last year but made a poor decision in the heat of the moment which I’m sure he’ll regret and hopefully learn from.  But we bounced back in style and thoroughly deserved all 4 points.  Amazing night, first time I’ve seen the Diamonds ride on Sky and it will live long in the memory.  Must apologise to the neighbours....never shouted so much in years.
stratton
The PL again has shown what a good product they have, really enjoyed it a great win for the Diamonds a great team spirit and look a strong team even without L.L.
EC Rides Again
I had to nip out to fetch our lad back from band practice so missed the Starke incident. What happened ?
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Thats the first time I have seen racing at Berwick and it was certainly fast and furious. Â The limitations of the dimensions of a dual purpose stadium mean there really is only one line and unless there is a big mistake or a rider doesnt get out where you need to be I cant see any way to pass that doesnt involve an eyes closed kamikazi dive bomb. Mr Blobby
Well done to Newcastle another good night of PL racing on sky. Â Kennett is supposed to be an elite league heat leader and he is riding like a premier league second string. Â Hope starke gets a hefty fine no need for that kind of behaviour in speedway. orion
Good meeting ..Newcastle look by far the strongest side in this league
fred
The reff should have the power to kick Paul Starke out the rest of the meeting for what he did if not be banned for the next Berwick meeting.
Arson fire
I had to nip out to fetch our lad back from band practice so missed the Starke incident. What happened ? he was miles behind in last on lap 2 and Newcastle miles ahead and were on a 5-1.... He slid off on purpose and stayed down, thus he got excluded, fined also I think??..... Low and behold berwick get a 3-3 from the re run.

Triple.H.
So Starke laid it down to get a rerun, its been going on since team speedway started and it aint going to stop.If one of your teams riders does it its tactical if its the opposition he's the biggest ******* etc in the world I remember all the Coventry fans thinking it was quality when their riders did it against the all conquering CHEETAHS
