Very "to the point" Fingers! Should be a good meeting! Will be interesting to see how.Harley goes round Ashfield! Joey looked promising last Sunday too! A lot will depend on Cook, will he like the track or just trundle along at the back? Theo will score well, not sure about Boy Wonder, Helfer or Smoking' Jo? Deek will just be his usual

Hopefully Joe and James will be fit and ready! More of the same from James W will do us!

C'mon the Stripes

Really looking forward to what could be a cracking meeting.

Will Joey and Joe J show improvement on last weekend?

How will Harley fair in his first home meeting?

Will Grievesy continue his early season form and entertain us?

Is James Wright up for the fight?

Has Screeny recovered from his injury?

Has Claus got his spokes sorted?

Joe Tabaka looks like he could be an ace in the pack, 7 rides on the cards.

Will Nookie monster continue his great start to the season?

Will any Monarchs fans turn up?

Let's hope the weather's kind, there's a bumper crowd and some great racing!

Can't see anything online and too lazy to go and buy a copy.

What does he say nagy1?

The headline is "I hate Monarchs...... they hate me"

Says that he despises them! They have given him non stop abuse since he left them! The derby is like the Old-Firm of speedway!

Basically he lives sticking it up them!

Grievesy's right though , we've all heard the crap he gets through there . The stuff we gave Fisher is kindergarden stuff by comparison .

Looked at a couple of weather forecasts and continuous heavy overnight rain expected, starting to clear around 11am -12 noon.

Hopefully there's sufficient time to mop up before tapes up.

While the weather forecast doesn't exactly inspire confidence of this going ahead , if it does can the plucky underdogs upset the serene progress of the awesome Monarchs .

The self proclaimed Champions elect roll into town expecting to slap down their noisy neighbours . Will the massive underdogs pull off the shock of the season and send the awesome ones back along the M8 greeting into their shortbread .

Teams for Sunday should be -

Plucky underdogs

1 Joe Screen

2 Joey Ringwood

3 James Wright

4 Henning Bager

5 James Grieves

6 Harley Horwood

7 Joe Jacobs

Their esteemed awesomenesses

1 Cookie Monster

2 Desperate Deek

3 Theo the popular Monarch

4 The Golden Child

5 Crazy Claus

6 Dodgy German reserve

7 Tobacco Joe

Should be a cracker as the Speedway Star predicted wooden spoonists get to share some track time with their blue blooded visitors . Sod this , lets just boot their sorry arses all the way back to West Lothian .
