Najjer
Signing Nick Morris, as well as dropping that Aussie at the start of the season who clearly wasn't upto the mark after his injury. So swapping one rider means big changes ??? I think it was two changes, followed by another to bring Irving in - and I'd say the signing of Morris was massive, yep. SCB
Scb, could you please explain what big changes scunny made last season ! Morris and Irving (8 and 5 point riders) for Aario and Armstrong (5 and 1 point rider). In effect Nick Morris for Tom Armstrong.

Shrimmy
I stand corrected sorry i forgot bout irving, but still not massive changes, but i will stop having a few beers before i post !!
SCB
Surely Nick Morris who averaged 9 for Tom Armstrong who averages less than one is a massive change? Put Nick Morris into anyones team for their number 7 and they would have won the league.
Catch Me If You Can
Not sure what Elvin King has been on ... I thought he had retired . 10 of the reviewers have got the Rabbles first or second. Graham Hambly for Plymouth says 6th (one less bottle than Elvin!), and Somerset's Ian Belcher says 4th . In an idle few mins I have totalled the various PL predictions and found these average reviewer scores: Somerset : 2.46 Leicester : 3.31 Ipswich : 4.38 Scunthorpe : 4.69 Workington : 5.00 Newcastle : 5.46 Edinburgh : 5.92 Berwick : 8.23 Plymouth : 8.38 Redcar : 9.77 Rye House : 10.62 Sheffield : 10.92 Glasgow : 11.85 I would think Rye House and Redcar could be higher? lucifer sam
Last year was the first time in about 10 years I've not got the PL winners right, in my defence I predicted Newport (with Somerset 2nd) and Scunthorpe made some pretty big changes. Well, I've made some poor predictions in my time, but I've never tipped a team not in the league to win it. Incidentally, where did you tip Scunny to finish last season? All the best Rob

jenga
Its between REDCAR and Plymouth.. Newcastle were looking good, but Mr tullys injury has put a spanner in the works for them.
SCB
Well, I've made some poor predictions in my time, but I've never tipped a team not in the league to win it. Incidentally, where did you tip Scunny to finish last season? All the best Rob I had them mid-bottom. Which is where they were until they made their changes, so I'll take that Already regretting some of my predictions!
