The White Knight
I must admit - I am looking forward to seeing how Eurosport handle the GPs. :approve: Roll on Saturday.
PHILIPRISING
I must admit - I am looking forward to seeing how Eurosport handle the GPs. :approve: Roll on Saturday. DON'T make too many early judgements. The pictures and commentary will be as you would have seen and heard on Sky. But, whereas Sky would go back to the studio during grading breaks, for example, ES don't have that option as yet. The World feed commentators actually continue talking almost throughout the event and it is up to the various TV stations to cut in and out when they choose, depending what they have back home ... adverts, studio, etc.

I expect one or two mistakes to occur early in the Season as Eurosport get used to a different style of Motorcycle Racing. Very best of luck to them though - and I think that Thanks are due to them for picking up our wonderful Sport that is SPEEDWAY.
stevebrum
Phil Rising confirmed on BikerFM tonight that Nigel and Kelvin will do all the commentary for the GP`s, except New Zealand. So at least there will be some consistency. Let the moaning begin. Me, i am more than happy.

Dave_minall
Not sure if anyone has mentioned (surprisingly) but Nigel and Kelvin are back doing the commentary soon - I can't remember the GP in which they start but it won't be New Zealand. All the remaining ones starting in Bydgoszcz round 2-not sure if Kelvin will be doing them all as in previous season`s has done about half of them-Jan Staechman has done the rest. That's the one, couldn't remember which GP they started work on. I'm sure that'll give some mixed opinions... Personally I'm happy they're back. I love their commentary.
