kelvinht
£2.99 sounds like a real bargain - always avoided sky as didn't want everything else
guitar_art
Happy with this. Will do the sport no harm to have another runner in forthcoming negotiations over EL Edited March 15, 2013 by guitar_art
gmuncie
Best bit of the announcement for me is the fact it's a 3 year deal!
fredbogge
Dont think EL be on Sky in 2014 when the present contract ends
2ndbendbeerhut
People are either going to love Wade and Johnno or hate them more than Nigel and Kelvin. Going to be a marmite/vegemite moment!

comet49
The £2.99 per month is to watch it on-line, it is free on Sky. Well if you've got the right package anyway.
mr_smudge57
If you have the package on sky to receive british eurosport you will be able to watch Motors Tv uk on chanel 413 today sat 16/03/13 and catch Ice speedway world series highlights at 11.55 am. sorry for straying off topic.
mike1944
I am not too worried about who the presenters or commentators are, I am just glad we have SGP on TV for the next three years, courtesy of Eurosport. Only one week to go now.
Eduds1
Virgin Media have British Eurosport on M+ which is the basic subscription, so I will get SGP without extra charge. Customer Services can be contacted by telephone free of charge and any problems I have had have been sorted. I'm happy with Virgin Media. With Virgin you don't have to pay pay for a new box when they blow up. Also if you are sports mad you get ESPN and Atheraces free.

Virgin is fantastic i would never go back to sky & the funny thing is it would cost me £15.00 a month more to have the same package as i have with Virgin & of course the equipment is repaired/replaced free of charge at anytime of it goes wrong as you rent the equipment :-)))) So when my 2 year old box went ** up i had a new one in my lounge within 24 hours & all covered foc!! no need for insurance. We don't get Virgin Media here where I live just outside Ipswich, so it's Sky for us. Your package sounds excellent, although I have friends who have given up on Virgin and returned to Sky in desperation.

mike1944
I notice on the Sky Sports Speedway title page under the main picture they have 4 statements this latter one I quote below is no longer quite correct, need to be updated LIVE speedway only on Sky Sport Also looking further down the page under "don't miss these" heading GP Programme Skysports com gives you the chance to follow all the Grand Prix action with our own programme. I don't think somehow we will be able to download any GP programmes in future, again the page needs updating
