Starts 3pm GMT (4pm CET) both days. Russian Final Stage 1 http://www.megalada....ne-transljacija Can't guarantee the quality of the stream, and the commentary will be in Russian, but it will be an exciting meeting, as the Russian Riders say it's the hardest meeting of the season for them. uk_martin
Well it seems from Jesper that Steingaden has been cancelled Good job that's not the one that I'm going to then, I'd be miffed if St Johann is called off for the second year running. Cheap flights to Munich they may be, but I don't want to be stuck there all weekend again like I was last year. I know the place inside out. I want to see somewhere new lol. Anyway, it's still a long time to go, so let's hope for more cold weather.
iris123
Sure we all hope St.Johann goes ahead. Not just for you,but now you say that then a special crossing of the fingers for you I sometimes get the chance to watch a programme on the Swiss Channel 3sat early in the morning called Alpenpanorama. All it is,is webcams from the Alp/Tirol region i.e Switzerland,Austria,Germany and Italy, with weather and snow depth plus info on the ski lifts. All accompanied by oompah music. One of my favourite programmes and probably dirt cheap to make. But when i looked in over Xmas most areas were relatively mild with North Italy looking coldest, but the temps can vary quite a bit in a small area,so i do hope St.Johann is lying nicely in a cold spot
uk_martin
ha ha, I've seen that 3Sat programme too. I sometimes wonder if it was made by the same people that used to put a camera in a train drivers cabin and filmed train journeys through Germany? Not sure that they still show that now though. I know that the log fire still seems to be burning the same logs that it was using some years ago though lol

f-s-p
Here are the detailed results from the training camp at Ylitornio. I was promised sort of my own set, there were apparently something iffy about the ones sent worldwide via Pletscacher from the camp, but the person in question has apparently decided to sit on them for good now, so there's no point in holding anyones breath. f-s-p
I only got the total points of the training camp meeting, so that was the only one I could publish here. Havn`t got the heatskema, so I don`t sit on them!!! Sorry if you thought I meant you. But I really dont think I could ask from you anything (more?) regarding information of Finnish track racing. We do have a system of our own, with all the faults but still. And in that system lies the problem, not in you. Have a safe New Years (all)! DutchGrasstrack
Lol the heat schedule is on Facebook for weeks now... published almost directly after the meeting
f-s-p
Lol the heat schedule is on Facebook for weeks now... published almost directly after the meeting Exactly. I asked for it twice during the week prior and actually three times during the 24h after the meeting had finished. I have not received it today and I consider myself as someone who should receive these without asking. So thats the fault within the system, someone sitting on them. And remember, like I said, I was promised my own (corrected) set. Thats why I waited...
